We got Willa when her family was getting rid of her, but have noticed that other cats give her anxiety and she would be better off as a single cat in the home. She is very sweet and loves to cuddle. Can be talkative. Likes to play with laser pointers. Will love to sleep in bed or with you at night. May have issues adjusting to a new home at first which was the case when we got her. Likes high places. Knows how to use a litter box. Is spayed.

Skye is one half of a bonded pair with Rosie (Rosedale). Rosie Skyes are in your future if two furry family members are what you seek. Skye is a striking tabby who is petite and leggy like a Broadway hoofer. She is flighty like an ingénue and needs her Rosie to ground her. Rosie helps clear away stormy clouds from the sweet Skye so the world is a rosier place for them both. Caramelly is sweet and easy-going. She is adaptable and would love to be your constant companion. She would do best in a home that is not too hectic. can be shy in new places but warms up quickly. She likes to cuddle and give kisses when you lay on the floor with her. Born 2/15/2020 Caramelly was named after her beautiful caramel color. She showed up very skinny at the foster’s community cat colony during the January deep freeze. Her foster thought she would not make it through the cold spell, but she returned when it warmed up! When she was able to be picked up, it was decided to bring her inside, get her spayed and vaccinated. No previous owner was found and she had no chip. Dara and her 2 siblings were left on the shady doorstep of a local vet in a box in early June. The vet tech that found them noticed a car at the far end of the parking lot. It left as soon as she picked up the box. Inside there were 3 dirty hungry kittens. There was a note inside from a finder who described herself as an elderly woman. She wrote that they appeared in her yard with no mama in sight. She said she had called multiple rescues and shelters but all were full. She said there was no way she could care for them and knew they needed care she couldn't afford. She hated to leave them anonymously but was fearful she would be turned away if she tried to deliver them in person. Born 5/10/2024 Dara’s brothers were free-spirited extroverts but Dara was a little more reserved. She watches before she joins in with her siblings or her humans. One day while I was doing kitty chores I realized she was scoping out the situation, wondering what on earth I was doing and debating whether to join in the fun. Unusually, the other fosters were elsewhere in the house and before I knew it she was doing battle with the broom, playing keep away with the mop, and dropping toy mice into the mop bucket. She continued to “work” along side me that afternoon but when I stopped for a break she too rested from her toils, crawling up into my lap, purring, and rubbing her face on mine. It was such a sweet glimpse into her nature and to see how much she enjoys one on one time. It would be easy to judge the woman who found Dara and her siblings and say she could have done more but at least she chose to not simply ignore these hot, weak, helpless babies. We are blessed as their fosters to have the resources she did not have. We wish she could see them now. Calvin is a 6 year old flame point Siamese with huge gorgeous blue eyes who was adopted from us as a kitten. He was recently returned because of a change in the family situation. His foster says he tends to be a bit of a loner. He sleeps next to her and really doesn't cuddle with any of the other cats. He likes to play with a laser pointer or anything he can chase. He'd be good as an only cat as long as he has human interaction often. Would be ok with one other laid back cat, but he is definitely an alpha. He loves to be up high to survey his kingdom and always picks the highest perch in the catio. Graceful and can jump really high. No small children or dogs. Calvin is currently in a foster home. Meet West West is a beautiful white/orange Flame Point Siamese mix born August 4, 2023.  He is a total package of love. West enjoys all people and doesn't mind being held and carried around. He is snuggly and likes to sleep with his humans. West gets along very well with other cats and enjoys playing with them as well as all available cat toys. In his foster home West has a buddy, Fielder, who he adores. They need to be adopted together. In January, West was diagnosed with ocular FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis). While previously thought to be untreatable, West began medication and immediately began to get better. There were no complications and West has no special needs. He successfully completed 84 days of treatment and on July 8, 2024 we expect him to be declared cured.  He is a wonderful cat! Meet Ruthie Siamese sweetie born 2011. Ruthie and her sister Sally’s mom died and dad had to move to an assisted living facility. These girls were loved and cared for but now are in need of forever homes to live out their golden years. Ruthie enjoys snuggling in boxes and taking long naps. She just wants to be near you and get head scratches. Ruthie is a picky eater. The only thing that is on her menu of choice is TUNA flavored wet food. She loves climbing and jumping and is great at opening cabinets and taking a nap inside. She loves some chicken and lamb snacks. When you take pictures she wants to be front and center of the camera. She is very calm and will even let you trim her nails with zero complaints. She is just looking for her Furrever snuggle Buddy!!
