Story
Meet Turbo, he is a 7 month old boy. He is super playful, active, and cuddly. I rescued him when he was 8 weeks old. He only has three legs, when he was born there was an accident with the mother and her umbilical cord. It does not effect him in a negitive way, he still runs and plays! He was checked out by our vet and they noticed nothing serious or bad about it. He is neutered, up to date on shots, and is mircochipped ( the chip has not been registered yet) He is on dry kitten food and if you chose to adopt him I will provide the rest of his food. He is amazing with young children and other cats, I am not sure about dogs because I do not own any. Sadly I am rehoming him because I am moving this winter and they do not allow pets. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about Turbo!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Marshall County Humane Society requires an appointment to show an animal since we are all volunteer. We also require a home visit before finalizing adoption to check the security of your fence if you are adopting a dog. We only adopt to areas within 125 mi. of Holly Springs MS. Our dogs are given much care and attention and we want to make sure they are in a safe and secure environment. We are a limited intake adoption center and a non-profit organization. Our animals have been spayed/neutered & are up to date on shots. Our standard Dog adoption fee is $150 which includes a microchip. We sometimes make exceptions to standard fee for those with extra medical care. Our Cat adoption fee is $95.00. Dogs will require a fenced yard. For application, go to our website Marshallcountyhumanesociety.org, go to Adoption Info tab and click on Application. For more info, call 662-564-2900. Siam is an adult female White Tabby point Siamese. She's a bit of a diva so would do best as an only cat.  Come and see her soon by calling 662-564-2900 or fill out application.  All our animals have been spayed or neutered and up to date on all preventives and shots and we are microchipped.  Cat  adoption fee is $75.00.  Fill out application at Marshallcountyhumanesociety.org and go to Adoption Info Tab.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 1, 2024, 7:55 pm

Story
**Urgent: Help Nora and Zola Find a Loving Home Together**   I’m heartbroken and furious. How can people be so cruel? Nora and Zola, two senior cats around 10 years old, were dumped out in the middle of nowhere, left to fend for themselves despite having no idea how to find food. They are severely underweight, barely 6 lbs each, and have only a few teeth left, which will require a costly dental procedure.   Nora also had a growth on her left ear, which, thankfully, was removed yesterday—likely just a polyp, but it adds to their challenges. A huge thank-you to the incredible team at Bottletree Animal Hospital for identifying their medical issues so they can get the care they desperately need.   These sweet girls have been through so much, including being unspayed and enduring heat cycles over and over for years. They deserve a second chance at life—together. They are bonded and rely on each other for comfort and security.   We at 9 Lives Cat Rescue are committed to covering their medical bills, but we need your help. Can you open your heart and home to foster or adopt Nora and Zola together? If you’re unable to take them in, please consider donating to help cover their medical expenses and give them the fresh start they deserve.   Let’s show them what kindness feels like. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 December 4, 2024, 11:19 am
