Story
Extra extra sweet boy! It was hard to even get a good picture of him because he wanted to be right by my side, rubbing up against me for petting. Cherub is FIV positive, but FELV negative. FIV positive cats can live full healthy lives right alongside FIV negative cats and this boy will be their best buddy!

Story
Please contact Jamie (jamie@pawsandprayers.org) for more information about this pet. Meet Bunker! Bunker is a 6-8 month old Siamese kitten. Bunker came to Paws and Prayers as a baby and started off as a medical mystery. Bunker seemed to get re-occurring ear infections and polyps which resulted in him needing multiple surgeries. Bunker is finally healed with his final surgery. He is pretty normal, but does have some residual neurological symptoms. Bunker will have a head tilt for the remainder of his life and sometimes walks in circles. Other than this, he is a normal cat. Like a true Siamese, he is vocal. Bunker requires a grain free diet.  We are looking for an experienced cat owner for Bunker’s new family.   Bunker’s adoption fee is $150.  Paws and Prayers Cats are spay/neuter, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litterbox trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible.  Please read the entire bio before emailing the foster with questions.    Meet and greets are not arranged unless an adoption application is filled out and approved and are by appointment only. November 11, 2024, 4:55 pm

Story
If you're ready to welcome a regal beauty into your life, look no further than 2 year old Pip, a striking seal point Siamese with mesmerizing crystal blue eyes that will captivate you from the moment you meet her. She was transferred to ARF in November from an overcrowded shelter. We were not able to list her as being available for adoption until just recently because we needed to wait for her turn to be spayed. Now that she has been, she has been cleared to go home with a very lucky adopter! Please note: Pip has a special adoption fee of $200. She has been vaccinated, spayed and microchipped. The shelter is open Tuesdays through Fridays 3:30-6:30pm AND Saturdays & Sundays 1pm-4pm. No appointments are needed during those times. If you are not available during those times, special arrangements for a meet and greet may be able to be arranged by emailing arfcats@bereaanimalrescue.com. Thank you for considering the adoption of a shelter animal in need!

Story
Meet Obsidian, the sleek and stunning black kitten who’s as spicy as she is smart! With a cautious demeanor around new faces, Obsidian takes her time to warm up but is well worth the patience. Her energetic spirit is a sight to behold—she's always on the move, ready for a wrestling match or an adventurous hunt. Obsidian’s heart belongs to her fellow felines. She adores snuggling and wrestling with her cat companions, and despite her initial hisses and reluctance to be touched, she’s beginning to show her softer side. She might not admit it, but those ear scratches are starting to win her over, especially when treats are involved! This feisty little fighter is a vocal dynamo who knows how to make her presence known. If you’re looking for a strong, spirited kitten with a hint of mystery and a whole lot of charm, Obsidian just might be your perfect match. This talkative kitty has a lot to say, and once he’s settled in with his forever family, you’ll be treated to his delightful chatter. Story
Scooby is a siamese manx kitten with a diva attitudeTo start our adoption process, House of Mews Rescue asks that you please complete our online no-obligation adoption application, which is located on our website under the adopt tab at http://www.houseofmewsrescue.org/adopt.html  Should our adoption coordinator feel your application is a good fit, a HOM volunteer will reach out to discuss it with you.  Current on vaccinations, and have tested negative for both FIV ('Feline Immunodeficiency Virus') and FeLV (Feline Leukemia). Scooby, male, neutered Flame point Siamese/Manx mix DOB: July 31, 2024 Scooby, Shaggy, and Daphne are Siamese-mix kittens born to Marigold, a beautiful 9-month-old orange tabby mama. Marigold was scheduled to be euthanized in a kill shelter because she was pregnant. Through social media networking, Marigold traveled 6 hours to a foster home with a house of mews, where she gave birth 6 hours later, at midnight on July 31, 2024. The kittens were born prematurely. Marigold and her kittens are now healthy and ready for their forever home.  Scooby looks like a Flame Point Siamese/Manx kitten mix with pale blue eyes.  He was born with a tiny orange stub as the tail.  He carries a sad “Poss in Boots” look, enabling him to get anything he wants from his foster humans.  He is the most independent one in the litter, a diva, and a drama king.  He whines the loudest when meals are not served on time.  He is headstrong and gives affection on his terms.  Like a typical Siamese, he is energetic, vocal, curious, and can be boisterous, demanding attention and playtime.  He must be adopted in pairs, with their mama, or into a home with a young, friendly cat to keep them company.  He will do best with a family who is familiar with and appreciate the unique personality of Siamese cats.  Scooby and Shaggy are a bonded pair, they must be adopted together.   Foster:  CCLDecember 19, 2024, 12:15 pm
