Story
Meet Jovi, a kitten with an extraordinary tale. Once upon a time, Jovi lived in a magical forest filled with curious creatures. One day, while exploring, she stumbled upon a portal that led her straight to her foster mom. Here, she's known for her sweet purrs that resonate like a gentle lullaby, soothing to all who hear it. Her mellow nature and friendly demeanor make her easy to love. Jovi's curious mind is always eager to learn, making every day an adventure. Her gentleness is a balm to the soul, and her cuddly nature makes her the perfect companion. Adopt Jovi and let her magical purrs fill your home with warmth and joy. Are you interested in adopting Jovi or another JCAPL pet you have seen? You'll need to start by completing an adoption application, available online at our website: www.jcapl.org. There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received. Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center or Timber Drive next to Home Depot). We will contact you as soon as possible once we receive your application. Thanks for thinking adoption!

Story
Way back in 2015, lovely Sadie was found by one of our volunteers when they spied her next to a busy road. The volunteer stopped, gathered Sadie up, and carried her to safety. Sadie was so young, and small for her age, and obviously under-nourished. In her foster home she blossomed, and she was quickly adopted. Eight years passed, until one day her adopter contacted SG4F to let us know that she needed a new home for Sadie, as she traveled a lot and was unable to be at home to give Sadie the care and affection she deserved. Thankfully we had a new foster mom step up to take Sadie under her wing! Sadie has had all her medical care updated, including a full dental. (A number of her teeth are missing, due to age and neglect.) Sadie is also on a prescription diet of Hill's Science Diet CD to keep her from forming crystals in her urine. But Sadie is in good health, and she's a very loving, sweet little lady who thrives on lots of attention. She's a bit afraid of the dog in her foster home, but he's a big dog, so maybe a little one would be okay. She basically ignores other cats! She's a people-person. Apply to adopt at savinggraces4felines.org. The adoption fee is $95 in cash, and a good vet reference is required. Saving Graces 4 Felines adoptable cats are spayed or neutered, before adoption is finalized. They have been tested for feline leukemia and FIV, are up to date on vaccines, and have been treated for worms and fleas. They have also been micro-chipped.

Story
Sasha and Nicki are 5 year old pure Chocolate Point Siamese cats and would need to be adopted together. They are siblings and a bonded pair, very affectionate and playful and would do well with kids. They are both healthy (no special diet), well behaved, know not to jump on counters, and will not take your food even if left unattended. They have not been around other animals. They have been with our family since they were kittens, but some recent life changes mean that we can no longer care for them. They are amazing cats and we're sad to let them go. Sasha is the girl, who has the sweetest face and a silent meow. She is the calmer of the two and the most likely to sit in your lap while you’re reading or watching tv. Nicki is the boy, who is shy at first, but once he warms up to you he is the more curious and playful of the two. He’ll follow you around the house, keep you company, and bring you his favorite string when he wants to play.

Story
She is siamese if you please - as are her sibs and mom (Jacob, Bella and mom Michi) but this little muffin got the siamese look. She knows she is pretty and is a confident little tomboy of a girl. Her favorite toy is her brother Jacob, followed by Cat wands. She's very curious and playful. She loves to sunbathe and is very inquisitive. She would love to be adopted with a family member but could be on her own as well. She is the most curious of her family and will keep you hopping as she investigates all the things. She would be a prime candidate for teaching tricks too and will need some stimulation from a pal or some interactive toys. Her sister Bella is the smartest, her brother Jacob is the snuggliest but this girl is definitely the most curious and may have been a scientist in a prior life as she has to figure everything out.  If you are interested in adopting Alice, please fill out an adoption application here  https://miasmafia.org/adoption-application You must live within 60 miles of the Raleigh, NC area in order to qualify for adoption. Approx DOB 03/26/2024 Adoption fee is $110.00 ##2249942##
