Sylvie is a beautiful, elegant lady, who is looking for her forever home. Surrendered to the Sanctuary, Sylvie is a little shy but once she falls in love with you, she will be loyal to the end. Sylvie loves a quiet environment and does not do well with dogs, cats or children so she is looking for a home where she can thrive being alone with her adult family. Sylvie is wonderful!! Story
She is siamese if you please - as are her sibs and mom (Jacob, Bella and mom Michi) but this little muffin got the siamese look. She knows she is pretty and is a confident little tomboy of a girl. Her favorite toy is her brother Jacob, followed by Cat wands. She's very curious and playful. She loves to sunbathe and is very inquisitive. She would love to be adopted with a family member but could be on her own as well. She is the most curious of her family and will keep you hopping as she investigates all the things. She would be a prime candidate for teaching tricks too and will need some stimulation from a pal or some interactive toys. Her sister Bella is the smartest, her brother Jacob is the snuggliest but this girl is definitely the most curious and may have been a scientist in a prior life as she has to figure everything out.  If you are interested in adopting Alice, please fill out an adoption application here  https://miasmafia.org/adoption-application You must live within 60 miles of the Raleigh, NC area in order to qualify for adoption. Approx DOB 03/26/2024 Adoption fee is $110.00 ##2249942##

Story
I’m a super sweet kitty who’s all about calm, cozy vibes. After I’m given some space and time to settle in, get ready for some fun. Got a wand toy? I’ll go straight for the string every time. Plus, I can give high-fives, sit on command, and even shake paws. Pretty cool, right? Though I may start out a little shy, once I’ve mellowed, I like to come for chin and belly scratches. I’ve been around kids and once I get used to them, I’ll interact and am very gentle. My purr is a powerful sign of just how much love I have to share. With a little patience and love, I'll be your loyal, loving buddy in no time! *Eligible for Foster-to-Adopt Est. DOB: October 27, 2017 Fully vetted: treated for fleas, ear mites, and intestinal parasites, tested for FeLV/FIV (negative unless otherwise noted), spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccinations (including FVRCP+FeLV [initial vaccination and booster] and rabies), and microchipped with shelter paid registration.

Story
This majestic floof is Sam! He is around 13 years old and when he came to us from a shelter in Calvert County MD he was morbidly obese and could barely walk! With loving care and a good diet, Sam is happily moving around Siglinda's house and jumping up on her bed! Sam could still lose more weight and his adopter needs to understand that he needs good quality food and to be brushed daily to keep his gorgeous coat healthy! DOB: 12/30/2010

Story
Sasha and Nicki are 5 year old pure Chocolate Point Siamese cats and would need to be adopted together. They are siblings and a bonded pair, very affectionate and playful and would do well with kids. They are both healthy (no special diet), well behaved, know not to jump on counters, and will not take your food even if left unattended. They have not been around other animals. They have been with our family since they were kittens, but some recent life changes mean that we can no longer care for them. They are amazing cats and we're sad to let them go. Sasha is the girl, who has the sweetest face and a silent meow. She is the calmer of the two and the most likely to sit in your lap while you’re reading or watching tv. Nicki is the boy, who is shy at first, but once he warms up to you he is the more curious and playful of the two. He’ll follow you around the house, keep you company, and bring you his favorite string when he wants to play.

Story
Meet Nyx, a charming and affectionate Siamese cat with a personality as vibrant as his striking blue eyes. Nyx is a true companion, always ready to snuggle up and share his warmth and love. He’s known for his boundless curiosity and playful nature, which often earns him the nickname Rocket—his jumps during playtime are legendary! Despite his confident leaps, Nyx has a tender, cautious side. This skittishness, endearing and unmistakable, has led to the nickname Skidders. His moments of surprise are as cute as they are quick, leaving you smiling every time. Whether it’s a door opening abruptly or a bid for attention, his bursts of energy and skittishness result in a sliding, bounding, and goofily entertaining kitty. True to the Siamese reputation, Nix is incredibly vocal. He loves to have conversations and will make sure you know when he needs attention or has something important to say. This talkative trait has earned him the affectionate moniker Yapper-doodle—a fitting tribute to his adorable chatterbox ways. He loves food and will even sit and stay for treats at night while chattering all the way. He will be your shadow cat as he is friendly and gentle, wanting your touch, kisses, and cuddles. He will paw for your pets and understands to be gentle with his claws when pulling your hand to his head. This has earned him the name Buddy. He has no problem curling up on your lap, in bed, or anywhere else you let him. Whether he's leaping to new heights, yapping for your affection, or skittering across the room, Nix is a bundle of joy that fills your home with love and laughter. Nyx would thrive best in a calm home as a solo cat and with a family that is home often. He possibly would enjoy a sweet calm dog who is cat friendly. He would love a home where his humans work from home and can give him lots of attention, playtime, and love.
