Story
Foster or forever home needed: We have a special situation with these 3 sweet fur babies! They had a difficult start, but they are looking for their happy ending. Athena and Juno are siamese cats that were rescued from a local hoarding situation. Both girls came to AHF pregnant. Athena gave birth shortly after arriving. Sadly, she lost 3 of the 4 babies. Her 4th, Tortellini, was a fighter! With bottle feeding and determination, he managed to beat the odds and is a thriving, playful kitten. Shortly after Tortellini's arrival, Juno miscarried. This experience bonded Athena and Juno together. They both took on the role of mother to Tortellini, cuddling, caring, and raising him together. They have completely bonded and share all the love for this kitten. Athena is 15 months, while Juno is 10 months. Tortellini just hit his 3 month mark! They love to play, run around the house, and cuddle together on chairs, couches, and pillows. The kitties just want to be in whatever room their humans are in, but they are still gaining confidence with being held or carried. They do enjoy being pet and being played with using feather and ribbon toys.These girls are territorial, so they need to be the only cats in a home. They do get along with a calm dog. This curious, playful, and sweet group deserves the chance to find a loving family to foster or adopt them, so they can see what real love is.
