Story
Meet Star, the Siamese mix! This adolescent came to the Shelter with her kids “in tow”. They are growing big and strong in a foster home and Star is ready to shine her way into her adoptive home. Star has been using his litterbox reliably in previous home. She can be a little nervous but warms up with time and patience. Star would thrive as an indoor kitty in her next home. Could that be with you? Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.**Marissa must be adopted with one of her siblings: Melody, Marcus or Meander** If you're interested in meeting these adorable kittens, please complete an online adoption application or reach out to us via email at  info@ibokrescue.org . All of our kittens are spayed/neutered, up to date on their vaccinations, dewormed, deflead and microchipped prior to being delivered to their loving forever home. All of our kittens are only available for adoption in pairs as it is our policy not to place kittens under six months of age in a forever home without another same aged kitten. We also do not place kittens older than six months into homes where there is currently not another young cat in residence. Most of our kittens are in "bonded pairs" or bonded with their littermates. We reserve the right not to separate bonded pairs or place kittens individually. The happiness and quality of life for our kittens is our top priority. =^..^=Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 30, 2025, 7:03 pm
