Story
Meet Yamil, this gentle boy is approximately 4 yrs old and 7.5 lbs. Yamil was found on the street in very bad conditions, he had wounds on his body and had lost a part his ear (see pictures). He was taken to the Vet right away, the Vet said it seemed like Yamil was attacked by a dog. Yamil was hospitalized for a couple of weeks and he recovered well, gained weight, and his wounds healed. Yamil tested positive to Feline FELV/FIV, therefore he won't be able to live with other cats, and he must be the only one in his future household. Since discharged from the hospital he has been living with foster mom that loves him very much! he has a human sister too. Yamil is sweet, loving, friendly, he loves to be petted, uses his cat litter box, loves to chill by the window. He has great appetite. Yamil is a gentle soul and deserves to live a happy life.

Story
We need to rehome our beautiful cat, whom we adopted from a shelter. She originally came to the shelter from a previous owner for reasons unknown. When we first brought her home, she was very shy, but over time she grew more comfortable with us. However, her behavior began to change suddenly she started hissing, scratching, and even biting. We believe she may have been mistreated in her past home, and these reactions could be a result of that trauma. She needs someone experienced with cats, especially those who might have behavioral challenges, to give her the love, patience, and understanding she deserves. Right now, I am pregnant, and as much as we care for her, I dont feel comfortable keeping her in our home with a baby on the way. We are not asking for any money; we simply want her to find a safe and loving environment with someone who can meet her needs. Shes a stunning cat with so much potential to thrive in the right hands.

Story
This stunning young Mama is "Kicka" (she's "Curba's" Mom and only a year older than her baby)She was abandoned in Puerto Vallarta, by a person who once cared for them and then abandoned them both. She once lived in a home and is not a "street" cat. Kicka is affectionate and will follow our staff for attention and cuddles. She's not a fan of the communal living situation at our shelter and we can't wait to see her flourish once she's adopted into a home environment where she can show her true potential and loving nature.Kicka is a stunning Siamese mix and is available for adoption in Punta Mita, Mx. with ability to fly to U.S and CanadaKicka has had our complete Cat protocol :* Complete Health exam by a Vet* Feline tests to rule out FeLV, FIV & Heartworm* Bloodwork 1: CBC (Mycoplasma check if indicated)* Bloodwork 2: Chem profile* Deworming at intake and monthly thereafter* Vaccines: Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis (FVR), Feline Distemper (FP), Calicivirus (FCV), Rabies* Spay/Neuter* Flea/Tick prevention* Microchipping available Please send us an application for her at : wetnosesrescue.org/adoption-application-Cats

Story
Meet Zorn: The Ultimate Grumpy Charmer! This resilient little warrior has overcome incredible odds after being found injured, likely from a car accident that cost him both back legs. But don't let his past fool you - Zorn is a fighter! Zorn can walk around using his front two legs with no problems. He enjoys the company of other cats and humans (after some time to warm up). Instead of snuggles, Zorn's love language is a head bump, especially if there's food involved.Despite his challenges, he's fully capable of using the litter box independently and can potty independently. Since losing his back legs, Zorn has adapted like a pro - he zooms around on his front paws, scoffing at wheelchairs and clambering up onto beds without missing a beat. He's perfectly potty-trained and only asks for a little help keeping his rump clean.Zorn has a vocal and grouchy personality that shines through, and beneath that grumpy exterior lies a heart full of love! Zorn may look like a bit of a grump, but he's earned it! This handsome fellow has been through a lot, and he's made it clear that he's not here for cuddles or smothering attention. he is still learning to live as a two-legged cat, so he will need time to adapt and realize he doesn't need to be in 'survival mode' anymore. Zorn may seem aloof, but he's secretly a social guy. He spends his days lounging in sun puddles, scowling in the cutest way possible, and occasionally hanging with his best buddy, the youngest kitty in the house. He's also unbothered by chill dogs. He's on the lookout for a caring family who can shower him with affection and help him forget the past. If you're patient and gentle, Zorn will reward you with his unique brand of love. He's perfect for someone who understands that not every cat needs to be a lap cat. If you're looking for a tough, independent spirit who just needs a safe home and someone who loves him just as he is, Zorn could be your guy! Together, you can create new, joyful memories and let Zorn truly embrace life! Zorn has had our complete Cat protocol :* Complete Health exam by a Vet* Feline tests to rule out FeLV, FIV & Heartworm* Bloodwork 1: CBC (Mycoplasma check if indicated)* Bloodwork 2: Chem profile* Deworming at intake and monthly thereafter* Vaccines: Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis (FVR), Feline Distemper (FP), Calicivirus (FCV), Rabies* Spay/Neuter* Flea/Tick prevention* Microchipping available Please send us an application at: https://wetnosesrescue.org/adoption-application-Cats

Story
Hi!! My name is "Gipsy" !!! Please read all the way down :) I am a beautiful Lynx Siamese Seal point 18 month old female. I love to give you a high five, and love to be a lap cat - I think I am a princess and I am an alpha cat - therefore, I will not be happy having other cats living with me - I tolerate them - but I like dogs more than I like cats. I was rescued from a breeder - I am glad I was saved to be able to have a wonderful life with my own family which I will bring lots of years of company, love and enjoyment. I love to play with my ball and I have a bird that makes sounds. I use my pole scratcher and I am litter boxed trained.\ I can also be a wonderful therapy companion:) My adoption fee includes my 1st vaccine, spayed. And dewormed, and a free health check up through a local participating vet clinic is included in the adoption fee. In addition, I have been tested for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) ... Feline Leukemia Virus (FelV) ... having a negative result:) As all rescued fur kids and changing environment, they are going to need love reinforcement; as you know they all come from a tough beginning on their lives and the art of adopting a rescued creature is to bring them to be the best they can be with love and patience.
