Story
All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated, and microchipped.  * If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application. Our adoption fees vary. Each biography will specifically list the adoption fee.Sydney is a 5 year old Flamepoint Siamese and he is the sweetest boy ever. He is vocal, affectionate, and loving. He did test positive for FIV but he is very healthy otherwise. He would like to be your one and only pet, as he likes to be the king of the castle. He had a rough start to life and still has some trauma he is mentally healing from, but he has a lot of faith in his humans and wants to trust you completely, he will just need someone who is patient and cat experienced. He would enjoy a soft bed and cat tree to sleep and lounge on. He would love to cuddle with his new person in bed at night. He is a people kitty, he likes to conversate with you about his day and is eager to hear about yours. He would be a great companion for someone who works from home or is retired as he always loves to be right next to his human. Do you think Sydney could be the guy you've been searching for? He would love to meet you. Apply to adopt this gorgeous blue-eyed boy today. He has been neutered, tested negative for FeLV, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treatment applied and microchipped. His adoption fee is $150.November 5, 2024, 9:13 pm

Story
I was rescued from the streets after my rescuers noticed I had trouble using my back legs. They don't know what happened to cause this condition. I have received medical care and love to walk around and explore. I am looking for an indoor forever home to explore, nap and cuddle up in a comfy bed. Please come say hi and meet me!

Story
Luna is a 5 year old tripod, a rescue from a rescue, she's been through a lot and yet a true to the bone sweetheart. For reasons unknown to me, when she was a kitten, her left leg was amputated. She does not suffer from depression or act traumatized. Luna requires an owner who has time and energy to spend with her. As a tripod, Luna's health and weight depends on being active. She enjoys chasing laser lights, receiving treats, bird watching, and cuddling. The past 3 years Luna has lived with another much older female cat who is blind, they love each other, they groom one another, but do not like sleeping too closely together. Luna is an indoor cat, but enjoys sitting outside for a little while (attended). Luna is talkative and super cuddly.

Story
Tiger just turned three years old . A beautiful blue point Siamese male I adopted him a little over a year ago, I have four Maine coon male cats and Tiger does not get along with them. He wants to be the alpha cat and they fight and tiger will spray and I’ve tried everything. He just can’t live with other male cats!!! . He gets does well with kids and dogs . He’s really smart and very loving. Gives kisses can open any door. That’s why I kept him as long as I could breaks my heart to release him. He must go to a good home. He’s very spoiled.

Story
Hello! I adopted Steve at the "San Jose Animal Care Center" on February 7, 2025. His listing mentioned he was a 2 years old male, Point-Lynx Domestic Shorthair. I feel in love with him at first sight! However, the vet actually estimated him to be 6-8 months so he's a kitten! Steve is a playful boy! He'll follow you everywhere around the house, sleep with/on you, loves playing with string toys (especially with the ringing bells), random zoomies throughout the day, greets you when you get home with meows, clingy boy, constantly wants to play! His personality is extremely fun, he's an active boy and gets along well with humans surprisingly. For Steve's new home, I'm looking for large, comfortable space for him to run around and he works well with large families, loves being around people! Again, he loves to play so lots of playtime, including attention because he meows for it and constant affection. Please contact me if you're interest or have any questions, Thank you!
