Story
Hey there! My name is Minka and boy do I have a story to tell! To say I have been through a few things in my short little life is an UNDERSTATEMENT! See when I was very young, I was left at the animal shelter, a very scary place for any furry baby but even more so for a little one like me! The people there noticed my front foot was a bit “wonky” as were my elbows, but the nice doctor said I was born this way though I could have told them that! So, the people set out to find me a special place to help me and that’s how I arrived in rescue, and I was so grateful to be in a home! I quickly made friends with my foster mates and things seemed to be going great for me till I got sick with what my foster mom says is FIP. She was very very concerned about me since it used to be thought of as fatal, but she wasn’t willing to at least try. Well, I am very happy, as is my foster mom, to say the treatment worked and I am officially cleared, I even took a test to prove it, though not a fan of those whatsoever, even if the vet techs love on me! Mom says I am now ready for my own castle so here I am on the “love me” site! I am a very petite girl for my age, apparently, the 5-month kittens are bigger than me but that’s no bother! I am full of personality and spunk and mom says I like to share my opinions. I am good at doing almost everything the other fosters do and love to be loved. I would do best in a quiet home with a gentle friend who doesn’t mind an occasionally rambunctious gal (I love to skootch as quickly as possible around the house!) and a family who will be able to give me lots of love, oh and brushing, I like brushing! Hope to meet you soon! My foster mom says I am spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. They say that’s good! I currently live with my foster family in Sacramento. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats (like me) with qualified adopters who will cherish me and create an ideal forever home. If you believe you’re my perfect adopter please explain why in the comments section of my Adoption Application, and contact Dayna at meandmyfosters@outlook.com If you are unable to reach Dayna please email info@purebredsplus.org. NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone’s best interests!

Story
Meet George an adorable 4 yr old Lynx Point Siamese. His bright blue eyes will surely brighten your day. George is very gentle, intelligent, and sweet. While he enjoys interacting with you (rubbing against legs, getting head/neck pets), he prefers for it to be on his own terms. I'd say that is true with most cats. He is very polite, carefully walks around items on desks, and is never involved in mischievous cat antics. He is low energy and spends most of the day sleeping on the cat-safe balcony or enjoying his tall cat tree. If you have been away from home, he likes to check you out and see what you've been up to. He is very curious that way.
He needs to be in a calm and peaceful household, without a lot of commotion, noise, or people coming and going. He would prefer someone who is home a lot, to be your one and only pet and to form a strong bond with you doting on him. With time, he may turn into a very clingy cat. We'd prefer George to be in a home versus an apartment, so he has plenty of space to explore. George has never been around children, and we are unsure how'd he do around them or their cute little noises.
George's current owner loves him to death, however, they are experiencing some health issues and is unable to love him the way he deserves. George is very in tuned with her emotions and knows something is off.
He is litter box perfect and always has been. Currently, he eats Nulo dry food mixed with Hills Prescription Diet Dental Care food to graze on and given a small amount of Weruva wet food daily.
All in all George is the most perfect of cats and would be a great addition to the perfect home! George is neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. He currently lives with his owner in Walnut Creek. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home. Story
Let'Sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Ravi who is turning One Year old! He has had quite the year in rescue after being hit by a car and suffering injuries prior to coming to rescue. But look at him now! He is a stunning seal point boy with deep expressive blue eyes. Ravi has three legs due to his injuries and needed an amputation when he first came into rescue. He races around on his three legs as quickly as his four-legged friends. He loves to go from sliding glass doors lying in the sun and watch his favorite birds and lizards. He is a very special affectionate, playful loving guy even after all he has been through. He loves to stretch out on his blanket and purrs and purrs for belly rubs. He loves his springs and crinkle balls. Ravi is incontinent but very easy to express. He runs around the house wearing his designer diapers proudly! His routine is very manageable. He needs an experienced owner familiar with the care he needs. He knows how much his humans have done for him and he is now ready to start his life with his new people. He is looking for an experienced care giver who has cared for special needs kitties. They will find it very rewarding helping this precious loving guy. He is an amazing boy. Ravi is neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. He currently lives with his foster family in Davis. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home. Story
Greetings. My name is Cersei but for some reason, my foster mom keeps calling me Sweetpea. I am a beautiful tortie Siamese Mix. I am a quiet certified lap girl. I have a gentle sweet soft meow and will give little chirps as a purr when my face is gently touched, or I am held. I will sit right next to you while watching TV. Sometimes my foster mom will knit or do needlepoint, and I am fascinated while sitting with her and watching. When I meet new people, I am very shy, so please be patient with me while I warm up and I will! So, as you can guess, I need a quiet home without any other animals. I am very loyal and will be your constant companion. We are going to have so much fun together. I am playful and love batting crinkle toys, ping pong balls, wands, and pouncing on shadows. I am a window watcher. It's great to see what is going on outside. I don't want to go outside but I sure love viewing! In my youth, I was a beauty queen. I love my food but as you know with age, it's hard to keep my svelte body. I have food allergies and it's a MUST that I be only fed prescription food which I am doing very well on. My foster mom says I am spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. They say that's good! I currently live with my foster family in San Rafael. Story
Born ~2012, F, Seal Point Siamese - Medium Hair Adoption Fee: $75 Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is helping facilitate the adoption of this cat through our Owner Placement Program. We take no responsibility for the health and medical records of this cat. It is the responsibility of the owner and adopter to discuss this. Kiki is NOT in a Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue foster home, but residing with her current owner in San Francisco. Adoption fee applies. Find out more about Owner Placement Cats. Kiki is a petite, medium haired Siamese girl. Her owner recently passed away and she is in need of a quiet household where someone is home most of the time and there are no other 4 legged pets. She is a shy quiet "princess" and somewhat aloof until she gets to know you. When she feels secure and safe she reveals her very loving personality. She enjoys being the center of attention and purrs when petted. She just needs to have the time to warm up. Kiki is currently isolated in a bedroom to separate her from the stress of other cats in the household. She longs for the privilege of having access to the whole house which she is accustomed to. She has been around visiting children and was hesitant tointeracted with them. She is used to being a 'Daddy's Girl' and showed a preference toward the gentle man in her life. Kiki is accustomed to using a scratching post, enjoying sunny windows with a view, and freedom to access the whole house . She uses a litter box and prefers it to be kept clean. Kiki is a healthy indoor only kitty. The family says her last Vet check was in 2022, although her vaccination records were not available. The recent drastic changes in her life, including losing her favorite person, being re-located in a family member's home, placed in the company of other animals, and subsequent isolation have been stressful for her. Her back legs have thinning fur due to stress related over grooming. Kiki expressed her dislike for traveling during the recent relocation, so, if possible, she would prefer an adopter within an hour or less traveling distance of San Francisco. Kiki is a darling Siamese kitty, estimated to be 12 years old. Siamese cats average life span is 15years, up to 20 years, so she still has good years ahead. She is needing a quiet loving home as an only pet like she previously enjoyed, where she will be adored for the precious girl she is. Is Kiki pulling at your heart strings ? Then you are the one she's hoping for. . . Kiki is spayed, eats wet and dry food, and is litter box perfect. She currently lives with her owner in San Francisco. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home. If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Kiki please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Pam at cheemers@gmail.com or 541-290-8408. Story
Opie and Jax MUST be adopted together. There are NO exceptions. Jax and Opie are a bonded pair that have been together since they were wee kittens. Opie is a beautiful Seal Point Siamese and Jax is a striking Snowshoe Siamese mix. They are shy kitties, that like to play with wand toys and cuddle up with you once they are comfortable. They do run and hide if something unexpected alarms them. A new baby, in their very small home, has become too overwhelming for them. The baby's cries and sounds are a disturbing intrusion to their former peaceful, contented environment. They are strictly indoor only. Their owner says they are healthy although have not been seen by a vet since their kitten vaccinations in July 2021. They are due for their 3 yr booster and rabies vaccines. They have been reluctant to be placed into a carrier. A friend has been helping to acclimate them to a carrier by placing one in an accessible area with comfy bedding and treats awaiting to be discovered inside. Jax and Opie had been good about using their litter box until the baby arrived. They have since had intermittent urination accidents outside their one and only litter box. It is currently located in a busy narrow hallway. We look forward for them returning to normal litter box use when they are in a more spacious quiet home. We recommend at least two litter boxes, located in more private out of the way places, that are scooped 2 times a day, refreshed with clean litter and thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis. It is not uncommon for kitties to find the presence of a new baby in their world upsetting for them. Their owner loves these boys and has come to the difficult realization that they need a different home with no babies or young children. One where patience will prevail, providing time and gentleness to allow them to feel safe, with the comfort needed to unfold into the sweet, affectionate, playful boys they really are and want to be. We hope that will be you! We've even included some super cute baby pictures for your 'family album'. Opie is neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. He currently lives with his owner in Fremont. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home.
