Story
This very distinguished gent is just a great guy. He has a very chill personality, except when it comes to food. He LOVES to eat. If he had his way, he would dine ten times a day. He was surrendered to our rescue by a couple who could no longer care for him. His “special need” is that he is deaf. He is sweet, loves to be in a lap, playful, gets along with our other fosters and is very self confident. In short, a normal cat with a terrific personality. It took him less than a week to decide he was ready for our other fosters to meet him. He hopped out, made the rounds to say hi and integrated himself as if he has lived with us his whole life. If you would like to meet Stanley, visit our website at southerncountiesrescue.org and complete an adoption questionnaire. He would make an awesome addition to any family. Personality traits Friendly, Affectionate, Gentle, Playful, Smart, Curious, Dignified

Story
Yeti is a quiet kitty who wants to be loved. He was rescued of the street a few months ago looking very sad even with his pretty blue eyes. It was obvious someone had abandoned him and he did not know how to survive outside. Yeti gets along great with other friendly cats. If they are aggressive to him he hides. He is also good with people but I think small noisy playful children may be too much. Yeti deserves a home with someone who will love him and never abandon him. He can be adopted to be buddies to your cat, with one of his foster cat friends or as your only buddy if you are home a lot. Yeti has been a sweet natured kitty from day one. The vet estimates him to be around 2 years old. Now he is waiting for you, all vetted - healthy, neutered, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, fully vaccinated, dewormed, flea free and microchipped. Please complete the adoption questionnaire at this link to arrange a meeting and to learn more about Yeti - https://fs20.formsite.com/SouthernCountiesRescue/Application/index.html Personality traits Friendly, Smart, Brave, Curious, Quiet, Quiet, Funny

Story
Outgoing, Likes to be carried like a baby, super affectionate.Francesca was named after the character in the book and movie “Under the Tuscan Sun” about a woman that embarked on her own journey and bought a Villa in Italy. Francesca loves the pleasure of food similar to the character that entertains and cooks in her Villa. Her backside has a racing stripe down her back that looks like a chipmunk’s markings. She loves being snuggled and sleep in bed and is an all-around easy cat to live with. But she is “all” Siamese! Very vocal, and she has a loving but dominant almost bossy personality. Her personality includes having strong prey instincts watching the birds from the window. So a home without other small pets like birds or hamsters would be best. She lives with other cats but she has to be boss and she can begin to play rough and therefore we believe she is best with being the only cat, unless with a very cat savvy owner them we could discuss it.    October 29, 2024, 7:02 am

Story
Todd, the beautiful 5 year old white Apple-head Siamese kitty, is looking for a forever home!! Todd loves attention and having his head scratched. He meows loudly for attention and absolutely loves being noticed! He has a wonderful fun personality and a playful unique meow that you can’t help but love. Todd was abandoned at a near-by condo complex. With the help of Community Animal Network, a very kind lady was able to safely and humanely trap Todd. He is now neutered and and up to date on all of his shots. The lady who helped Todd will be moving soon, and can't keep him. Todd needs an experienced and loving owner who will love him forever. Can you help??   For more info, call or text DiAnna at 949-759-3646 or email at DiAnna@networkfounder.org. Todd is being cared for by Community Animal Network, a non-profit organization founded by DiAnna Pfaff-Martin in 1996. C.A.N is a veterinary medical rescue that takes in stray cats and abandoned animals and helps rehabilitate them for life in forever homes.
