1) READ ENTIRE AD 2) ALL FAQS ANSWERED HERE & ON OUR WEBSITE 3) APPLICATION REQUIRED (link at the end). Double Trouble Duo- oops I mean two peas in a pod- Leo & Meow Meow are the life of the party! These brothers have places to go & things to do so come along for an adventure! Wrestling with each other is their favorite thing to do. Oh and toys! Lots of toys! Make sure your paycheck has a toy allowance LOL! After the zoomies wear off, then it's time to snuggle or pass out in the sunshine spot of the house. But don't expect that before playtime LOL! These boys are sure to bring plenty of love, laughter and action to your life so apply now! They are approx 12 weeks old, fully vetted for their age, neutered, microchipped, litterbox trained, etc. They would do well in a quiet- moderately active home. They have not been exposed to dogs or children but might do well with well behaved kids over 10 and gentle doggies. They can be adopted separately if an appropriate playmate is at home waiting for them. ________________________________________________________ ***WHY MISSION MEOW IS BEST TO ADOPT FROM:*** ***Complete Information You get to speak directly to the foster family who have the kittens in their care! No one knows the kittens better than the people who have had them for the last several weeks or more. They will give you full details as to personality, background, quirks, likes/dislikes, ETC. Since adopting a pet is a commitment for the next 15-20 years, you want as much information as possible to make the best decision. ***Private, quiet meet & greets You get to visit the kittens in their own current environment where they run free so their true personality shines through. Our kittens aren’t subjected to noisy stores and stressful cages and you won’t be competing with other annoying people for your desired kittens. ***Quality over Quantity We are a small rescue so we can focus on each kitten individually to provide personalized medical & socialization protocols. Because we do not overcrowd, our cats do not pass contagious diseases to each other. ***Veterinary Care We balance a mix of holistic & conventional protocols to keep our kittens healthy. We use high quality disease preventatives & medication when necessary. Mission Meow only wants the best medical care for our kittens, so we don’t skimp on those costs AT ALL. We work closely with our vet to come up with a plan for any kittens who may be ill and to prevent any unnecessary and over medicating. Three local veterinarians have adopted from us after observing the quality of our kittens. ***FOOD: Our kittens are nourished with high-quality food. We ‘ve been offered free /discounted food from other companies but we choose to use the best option even if it costs more for us. ***Resident Pet/Child Safety While no one can guarantee the health of any living being, we do our best to make sure your adopted kitten does not have any issues such as parasitic worms that can be passed on to your resident pets or children. We have a very thorough deworming protocol using the best products on the market and the proper duration. Most places adopt kittens while they are in between showing signs of intestinal worms. Not us. ***POST ADOPTION SUPPORT It is extremely rare that we have any issues post adoption, but if there were any that presented themselves, we would work with you towards a resolution. We pride ourselves on the one-on-one relationships we build with our adopters. __________________________________________________________ ALL CATS ARE: SPAYED/NEUTERED ~Vaccinated ~Rabies* ~Microchipped** ~Tested for Diseases ~TREATED/PREVENTATIVE FOR: Fleas Worms Ear Mites ~Litterbox Trained ~Socialized in private foster homes ~MULTI ADOPTION DISCOUNT * If age appropriate ** FREE LIFETIME REGISTRATION ____________________________________________________ APPLICATION: For FAQS and Priority Consideration, please fill out an application located here: https://www.missionmeowcats.org/adoptables-and-process _____________________________________________________ *****ADOPTION LOCATION:***** By private appointment in Rocklin/Roseville/Lincoln/Citrus Heights/Auburn CA area, or at Bark Avenue Rocklin ______________________________________________________ *****ADOPTION PROCESS:***** APPLICATION: Please contact us and we will send you an online application. A response is usually given with 24-48 hrs if we think it's a potentially good match. INTERVIEW: An adoption counselor will contact you via phone to answer any questions and if it seems like a good fit, arrangements will be made for all parties to meet with desired cat(s) at a mutually agreeable time. APPROVAL: If adoption is approved, a contract and adoption fee to cover veterinary costs will be required. You will be given medical files. TIME FRAME: Based on volunteer availability, it is possible for all adoption steps to be completed the same day, however, it is not guaranteed. Please note that occasionally a home check, vet records/references, etc may be required and multiple people may be interested in the same cat(s) so additional time may be necessary. You are also welcome to get the kitten an appointment with your own veterinarian at your expense prior to adoption, just be aware that may delay the adoption by several days. WHY: Our adoption vetting process ensures a proper feline fit for your family. You may be a wonderful pet owner but may not be the best fit for a particular cat, or other extenuating circumstances. Also, YOU may know you are a good pet owner, but we don't. We exist because too many people view pet ownership as casual or disposable so we want to be sure the best match is made for the next 15-20 years. Your patience and understanding as to where we are coming from are much appreciated. Our adoption process is also reflective of the extremely thorough medical protocol our kittens receive. Thank you! 1) READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION 2) ALL FAQS ANSWERED HERE & ON OUR WEBSITE 3) APPLICATION REQUIRED (link at the end) Winnie is a gorgeous kitten with striking blue eyes and soft white fur that’s as luxurious as it looks. But don’t let her beauty fool you—Winnie is a kitten with a strong personality and a sense of purpose! She’s always on a mission, whether it’s tracking down her favorite toy or exploring every inch of her surroundings. Winnie keeps her two bigger foster brothers in line and lets them know that she is in charge. With a playful spirit and boundless curiosity, Winnie is the life of the party, but she also knows when it’s time to relax. When she’s not busy being an adventurer or calling the shots with her kitten buddies, she’ll happily curl up for a nice nap, purring contently. Winnie is confident, loving, and full of energy, making her the perfect companion for someone who’s ready for a kitten with a big heart and even bigger personality. Winnie gets along well with other cats and would be a great kitty companion for an active resident cat or a cat savvy mellow dog. Winnie and her foster brother Ty are great friends and would love to get adopted together. Story
Home to Home Program Contact: Please contact their owner at 916-907-5439. Fate is a female Siamese mix, around 2 years old. She has had all of her shots and is spayed. Fate is the sweetheart of her home. She comes around and gives lots of love and attention. She is the cuddliest cat ever and is very good with other people/new people. Fate is best friends with Oliver, and they are bonded. Oliver is a very handsome male, orange tabby. He is an independent sort of kitty, and he enjoys lounging and eating! He is not a constant cuddler like Fate, but he is a sweet boy in his own right. Initially shy, he does warm up with time. Oliver has been neutered and had all of his shots. He is six years old and is best friends with Fate, so they need to be adopted together Oliver and Fate are bonded and they need to be adopted together. Please contact their owner at 916-907-5439 for more information about these two cuties.

Story
HOME TO HOME PROGRAM CONTACT: Amy at meowmix.fkc@gmail.com or 530-903-4342 Bonnie and Clyde are a bonded sibling duo of gorgeous Siamese cats. Bonnie is fluffy, loving, and cuddly. Looks and acts like a kitten still. She loves toys. She does need to be brushed regularly because of her longer hair. She gets a little skittish around kids, so a quiet and calm home works best for her. Bonnie was raised with a dog and other cats. Clyde is a short haired, social butterfly. He loves everyone that comes in contact with him and they love him too. Very social and has been raised around a dog. These two are looking for a new home together, as their owner is moving and cannot take them. They are 10 years old, so still have a lot of life left in front of them, and a lot of love left to give. Please contact Amy at meowmix.fkc@gmail.com or 530-903-4342 to find out more about this sweet and sassy pair.

Story
Home to Home Program Contact: Trevor at 530-417-2330 This is Lily and she's 13 or 14 years old and she's all up to date on shots. She also got a full blood panel last year and everything looked great. She just doesn't like other animals and will always hiss at other dogs and cats, but she is great with people. Her current owners inherited her when her elderly owner passed away, and she is very unhappy in her current living situation, it's just too much for her. She had been living in the guest bedroom but the couple is pregnant now so she has been relocated to the bathroom, and it's just too small to keep her locked in there all the time, so they are hoping to find a good and happier home for her. Please contact Trevor at 530-417-2330 if you can offer Miss Lily that happier home. She really deserves to find a quiet and loving place to live out her days.
