While she can be a bit shy at first, she`s discovering that humans can be fun and loving companions!This lovely lady would thrive in a calmer household where she can continue to build her confidence. Do you remember that awful hoarding and backyard breeding situation where over 150 Chihuahuas were rescued in Florida? We were able to help and took in 15 of those little guys. Well, everyone has found their forever homes except for Coco. Coco is seeking a loving and patient family. She is undersocialized, cautious, and timid, best suited for families without young children or a home with too much chaos. She would thrive in a house with other gentle dogs she can follow around and learn how to dog! Coco needs comfort and stability and will require dedicated adopters who understand the challenges rescue dogs face from a neglect case. She is a flight risk and will benefit from learning to walk on a secure leash. She needs some work in the potty trained department and gaining confidence through socialization. While her heart aIt is full of sweetness, and it`s essential that her new family recognize her need for time and understanding.
