Meet Howie, a sweet and loyal companion ready to steal your heart! This charming pup adores cuddling and will happily be your shadow, always checking in to make sure you’re by his side. Howie is wonderfully gentle and gets along with kids, cats, and dogs of all sizes, though he may need a little time to warm up to larger canine friends. He’s also a leash-walking pro and loves playful adventures—tennis balls are his absolute favorite! Howie thrives with structure and consistency. He’s housebroken but may have an occasional accident if not let out on time (he’s an old man and dogs should be let out on time anyway!). Howie does enjoy a good trash can treasure hunt, so a secure setup is key. This clever boy can open slightly ajar doors and will let you know when he needs water or a snack. While Howie is an escape artist at heart, keeping him on a leash or in a secure yard ensures he stays safe. Howie’s love for his people is boundless. Whether he’s lounging with you or playing chase with a puppy, he brings joy to every moment. He’s ready for a family who appreciates his quirks and will give him the love and attention he deserves. Meet Toby! Toby is a shy little Chihuahua who would love to be in a quiet, comfortable home. He was relinquished to the shelter at an old age(12-13) so adjusting to his new life has been challenging for him, rightfully so! Once he warms up to you, you are his person. The best thing to do to earn his love is giving him all of the treats! Snuggling on the couch, yummy snacks, and sleeping in warm blankets is all this sweetheart needs. Please consider adopting this poor little guy who deserves to live the rest of his years in a peaceful home. A quiet home with older kids and small, calm dogs would be perfect for Toby! Grady is a lil bundle of smart & cute & sweet all rolled into one! Currently 9wks & 4.5lbs, guessed to be chihuahua/terrier mix. He loves all of the people that enter his foster home and is quick to offer kisses as well as accept hugs & pets! Grady is great with the resident dog at his foster home, with whom he loves to run, play or snuggle. Cats make him curious & interested and he’s gentle & sweet when they hang around long enough for him to make contact. Grady is working hard on potty training and he sleeps quietly, enclosed in the laundry room in his foster home, at night and when his foster family is away. Although we have little background and cannot guarantee the breed make up of our rescue pups, our best guess is that Grady may be a chihuahua/terrier mix, based only on his appearance and physical features.
