Story
Meet Mindy, an adorable 9 year old,11 lb, cream colored Shih Tzu girl. She is a sweet soul who enjoys being outside in her fenced backyard, car rides, belly rubs, playing with toys and her K9 foster siblings. Even though Mindy can have her spurts of energy, her goal in life is to be your sidekick and fellow “couch potato”. She is a retired breeding kennel mamma, and like most of these pups, she needs a quiet home, and another dog to continue to learn from and help her adjust to her new life. She is house trained and leash trained (she loves walks), but she has not been able to manage stairs. She would need a one level home or someone who will be able to carry her up and down stairs as needed. Mindy loves her humans but is slow to warm up to new people. Rudy is a 5 yr old 12 lb. Yorkshire Terrier whose favorite activity is sitting in his person's lap and just being near them. He likes to play with toys and go for walks. Rudy is shy around other dogs until he gets to know them and then is just fine. This little Yorkie would love a home where he is king, but is willing to share with a playful friend. Binx would be happy to sit in your lap all day or next to you on a sofa. He sleeps in the big bed. He needs a home where his boundaries are respected, and he has time to adjust.
