Meet Pirate!Ahoy, matey! Here`s Pirate, a sweet 8 year old Shih Tzu mix with a heart as big as the seven seas! Though she may have lost her right eye to an unfortunate scallywag of an infection, this brave lass still sails through life with plenty of spunk and joy. Pirate may be blind, but she’s got the best ears on deck—she gets really excited when she hears her crew (you!) come home, and while she`s usually a quiet shipmate, she can`t help but bark when she hears a man`s voice—though it’s over as quick as a passing storm.Pirate loves the company of her fellow shipmates—her dog and cat friends—even if they’re not quite as keen on her. She may not be playing fetch with them, but she’s more than content to just be near them. Meet Jacqueline!Jacqueline is a 7-8 year old Shih Tzu mix who is an absolute joy! She literally bounces when she walks. She wags her tail at us, other dogs, strangers and she is genuinely a happy little dog. She is quiet but will sometimes bark if she’s in the kennel when we get home. She loves toys!! She likes to play fetch or she will carry them all around the house. Sometimes she lines them all up! Jacqueline would be fine as an only dog but also likes our dogs. (We have 4) She is a good sleeper and waits to go outside in the mornings until everyone is up. She is also good with small children! Whoever chooses Jacqueline as their pet will be getting one of the coolest dogs we’ve ever been privileged to look after.
