Logan, rescued from SPCA, has been a family pet his first 9 years of his 14 years . After the divorce he has lived in a single household with the second family pet. He is sensitive to thunder and will usually hide somewhere. Logan does not get excited, just anxious and shivers. He is good with dogs, but in closed quarters it does take him a while to connect. When I did take him to dog parks, Logan and our other family dog usually stuck together. He may not be socialable but he is not aggressive. He has set the boundaries once or twice with new dogs in close contact. No history of biting other dogs or humans. I unfortunately looking for a new home for Logan because of moving and the burden of two dogs. I moved to an apartment in a new city in hopes of purchasing a house at the end of the lease. After one year and 6 months I will be signing another lease in a less expensive complex and the fee alone to move my two dogs will $1300. Then there will be a monthly fee as well.

She loves food and treats and is super sweet. Nena is spayed, current on shots, heartworm negative, microchipped and she had bloodwork and dental cleaning. Hi I’m Lavender! My foster mom says I am a sweet girl. But I take “stranger danger” to a new level! My new home will have to understand I have strong reactions when strangers approach, and this reaction may pose an issue for active, social families with lots of outside encounters. The ideal adopter would be extremely patient with me and foster a calm environment with very little outside stimulation. My anxiety manifests itself in constant circling around and around furniture, negatively reacting when strangers approach, and a propensity to want to chase cars when walking outside. But here are my great qualities- when I love my person, I REALLY love them! I will sit on your shoulders on the sofa and love on you, snuggle on your lap, look at you with adoring eyes, and-,I’m really smart! I have great potty manners and i am trained to sit for treats and food AND i go straight into my kennel at night with the command “Go crate”. I’m ok with other dogs in the house but they have to understand my boundaries. I would probably be much better as an only dog. I watch tv with you and look for animals in the show. I DO react to these animals as well even though my foster mom tries to convince me they aren’t real! I’m hoping someone will give me a chance
