Oh Willow, she’s been blowing in the breeze like her namesake but is so excited to find her home where all of the snuggles await and her roots can grow.  This is Willow and she is an 11 year old, 8 pound shih tzu.  Yes, she is an older doggie but she has great energy and great love to give.  Willow really likes her pets and face rubs.  She will rub up against your leg like a kitty cat, perhaps because she is partially blind and is just wanting to make contact with you.  She’s so cute.  Willow likes other dog friends, is respectful around cats and children may be fine if they’re older.  She is skittish when you walk past her fast most likely due to her decreased vision so please keep this in mind when deciding if she’s a good fit for your family.  So envision yourself taking that cute face in your hands and giving Willow her lovin’.  She deserves to be a true pet that will be loved on forever. Hello future family, it’s me, Oddie short for Odell and I’m here to give you the deets on me. After our little one sided conversation, I’m sure you’ll fall in love with me! Ahem, my name is Oddie, I’m 10 years old, 4 pounds, 4.1 soaking wet and once I get my flowing locks back you will see that I am a beautiful shih tzu/chihuahua mix. I’m all boy and I will show you my moves as I dance on my hind legs for those treats that you generously give out. I’m great with other dogs and although I may have a little Napoleon complex, it’s not so bad and I play nice. I’m not so sure about toys yet but I am settling in nicely in my foster home and warming up quick. Do you want to put a harness on me to go outside? No problem! I love to explore the backyard and go for walks. I am working on my house manners and I am friends with my crate, I feel very comfortable in it when I need to relax. I am a great combo of medium energy and loving the naps. And when I nap, I love to be next to my people and snuggle right in. Do I sound like a good fit? I’m ready!
