Now accepting applications for Theo! Theo is a 1 year old neutered male Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise Theo even put on his tie to look his very best for his photo! If you are interested in meeting Theo please go to our website at www.mjhs.ca and click the Adopt tab, then Adoptable Animals and scroll to his adorable face to submit your application. Once your application has been approved we will contact you to come spend some time with Theo to be sure he is the right fit for you. If after meeting him you decide he is not the dog for you, there is no obligation to complete the adoption process. We look forward to hearing from you! Theo is a young, energetic fellow who has been shuffled around quite a bit for a dog his age. He has spent the last 5 months with an older gentleman who unfortunately passed away. His family took Theo in, but with young children and being an active family they just didn't have the time to give him the attention he deserves so Theo finds himself looking for what he hopes will be his last forever home. Understandably, Theo is a little nervous when he first meets people, but if you go slow and sit down it doesn't take long before he curls up beside you for pets. Theo is a dog that will need regular grooming, he is currently in need of a good trim but we don't want to upset him anymore and will let his new family get him set up with their groomer. No need for the poor guy to meet anymore people than he needs to until he gets settled. Theo is well mannered and knows how to sit. He walks well on leash and is a very sweet soul. If you think you can be the constant that Theo needs in his life we can't wait to hear from you! Theo's adoption fee is $400. He is neutered, started on his vaccination schedule and microchipped.
