Where to begin? I'll tell you about this dog named Bandit. He's around 3 years old. A Shih tzu mix, he wears a long, soft coat of black and tan, and weighs only 16 pounds. It's because of his small size that any children in your home should be at least10 years old. Small children don't always realize their own strength and might unintentionally hurt such a small dog. But there are many ways to hurt another, aren't there? Bandit is a wonderful dog who gets along with other dogs, kids and his foster's cat. Still, his previous owner took him to the vet to be euthanized because she &#194&#147no longer wanted him.&#194&#148 It hurts to even think about that, doesn't it? We're doing all we can in rescue to make him forget that, and we know you will, too.
