She currently weighs about 12 pounds and has been fully vetted (spay, dental, vaccinations and microchipped) and is looking for her forever home. Ella would do best in a home with a secure fenced in yard and hopefully at least 1 other dog companion. Rocco can be a bit shy at first, but once he warms up, he's your best friend for life. Rocco was surrendered when his owner could no longer care for him. Where to begin? I'll tell you about this dog named Bandit. He's around 3 years old. A Shih tzu mix, he wears a long, soft coat of black and tan, and weighs only 16 pounds. It's because of his small size that any children in your home should be at least10 years old. Small children don't always realize their own strength and might unintentionally hurt such a small dog. But there are many ways to hurt another, aren't there? Bandit is a wonderful dog who gets along with other dogs, kids and his foster's cat. Still, his previous owner took him to the vet to be euthanized because she &#194&#147no longer wanted him.&#194&#148 It hurts to even think about that, doesn't it? We're doing all we can in rescue to make him forget that, and we know you will, too.
