Kiwi was born 5/30/25. She is sweet and sassy, a perfect little girl! She is friendly and social with everyone. She likes playing with her toys. She is great with older children. She needs work on housetraining. She is smart and catches on quickly. Adoption fee is 950.00. Thank you for choosing rescue! We are volunteers with other commitments in addition to rescue. Our time is very limited. Therefore, we request a $20.00 donation through paypal in order to process and expedite your application. This shows that you are truly interested in adoption. All dogs over 8 months will be spayed or neutered and heartworm tested. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated,microchipped, dewormed and treated for other parasites. One moment he had his person, his routine, his safety — and the next, everything he knew was gone. He was surrendered to us not because he wasn’t loved, but because there was no one left who could keep him. Bentley is a 10-12 year-young, 26-lb sweetheart with the soul of a grumpy old man and the heart of the biggest snuggle bug you’ll ever meet. He lounges like a pro, snores like a freight train, and insists on having some part of his body touching his human at all times. That’s where he feels safe. He is completely potty trained, walks nicely on a leash, loves being outdoors, and gets along beautifully with dogs, cats, kids, and even chickens (yes, really!). Bentley has some vision loss, but he compensates incredibly well — he does stairs, navigates confidently, and just needs a little patience and consistency. He does require daily eye medication, and he’ll need someone willing to help him with that simple routine. Bentley has separation anxiety — understandable after losing the person he loved most — and he truly needs a quiet, calm home with someone who can spend a lot of time with him. A single person or couple would be ideal. He does not like being crated and needs to sleep in the same space as his human at night to feel secure.
