Hello, I`m Maddie, a senior lady with a heart full of love. I may be older but I still have plenty of goofy energy. I love to take walks, play with toys, and make people laugh with my silly antics. I`m sweet and cuddly, a perfect companion for quiet evenings. I`m a little shy and change can make me anxious, so it might take me a bit to settle in. But once I do, I promise to be your most loyal friend. I enjoy lots of pets, ear rubs, and snuggling on a lap. I do really well sleeping alone in my comfy bed in my kennel and sometimes like to just lay there and watch things happen from my quiet little nest. Please just let me be when I am in my kennel. It is my safe space and I will come out on my own when I am ready I get grumpy if you try to get me out of bed before I`m ready. A girl has got to get her beauty sleep! I may not be the youngest, but I still have a lot of love to give. I`m looking for a forever home where I can spend my golden years. I enjoy a quiet and mellow home. No young children for me but older children that would respect my boundaries would be fine as long as there isn`t too much noise and excitement in the house. I would do well with other laid back dogs but would also enjoy being the center of your world as an only pup. I just want someone to love and a safe home for the rest of my days, BUT NO apartments. Adopting me means gaining a best friend who will cherish every moment with you. To meet me fill out the application on OFOSA.ORG and my foster mom will be in contact. My adoption fee is $280.($300 as of 4/15/2025) for a spayed, up to date, microchipped pup to call your own.
