She was surrendered by her owner after personal medical expenses became too much. Gertrude has a lifetime eye drop and allergy care. She is a dream on a walk, with dogs, with people, you name it she's perfect for it. She adores attention but will make her self known before interacting. She is not the best at first meetings and leans towards a more defensive nature if pushed to interact. She needs regular grooming with her allergies and breed coat. She adores all attention so she loves all the grooming. She was a little wiggly for nails but with the work we have put in she is doing wonderfully for dremeling. Her coat has completely grown back and you wouldn't know all the issues she had previously just looking at her. She is realizing that the medications are not actually hurting her and feeling better so she has been doing well with medications she has understand that only good things are coming from people giving her these weird things. She will have a lifelong eye and skin medication. She has a weekly medicated bath. She will need someone knowledgeable in administering medications for dogs. She’s a big fan of snuggles and is especially good with kids, making her a wonderful little companion. Chloe is partially house-trained, but there’s still some room for learning – she’d thrive with a bit more guidance and patience! Lilly, Chloe’s 8-year-old mom, is equally friendly and very gentle. She’s an easy-going girl who gets along with everyone she meets and loves to stay close by your side. Both dogs aren’t used to harnesses or leashes, so walks aren’t their thing just yet.
