Honey & Jax are an amazingly sweet senior duo looking for a retirement home. Their whole world was turned upside down when they were relinquished last week due to personal issues with their family. Honey is 13 years old, Jax 9 and they’ve spent their whole lives together. Honey has been very sad and shut down, but Jax is always looking out for her. These babies don’t have a mean bone in their body and just want to curl up in your lap.Honey had some medical issues that were taken care of, she had infected teeth pulled and a lipoma removed from r her leg. She and Jax both suffer from dry eye and have just started medication to help.Do you have it in your heart to welcome these gentle dogs into your home?!

Danny is sweet and adorable and needs sponsors for his medical care. Danny was found as a stray and taken to a shelter. Both of his eyes were damaged so they were removed, he was neutered he got a dental, is up to date on shots, micro-chipped, heart-worm and fecal tested negative. He gets along fine being blind and is good with other dogs. He is about 15 years old, 13 lbs, a shih tzu, He is very comfortable in his foster home so we consider him a forever foster. We are foster based in the Chicago area and do NOT have a shelter or central location for you to view our dogs. Please consider SPONSORING to help with Danny's medical needs. Emily is looking for a great fur-ever home! She is a 10 pound, female shih-tzu born on 12/05/21. Emily was released by a breeder who decided they did not need her anymore and has never been bred. She has lived in a cage her entire life, so she is not house or leash trained. Because Emily is very skittish and fearful, she will do best in a quiet home with a patient, experienced adopter (with no young children) willing to work with her and let her get comfortable at her own pace. She would do best in a male-only household. She will need a fenced yard with another calm, socialized dog to teach her the ropes. She is starting to show her adventurous side by exploring her foster home, enjoying looking out the window, and being outside. Emily is spayed, up to date on shots, micro-chipped, and heart-worm & fecal tested negative.
