***Mr. Tibbs is currently located at our rescue in GA. If his vetting is completed in time, he will be available for adoption at the Tractor Supply in Ringoes, NJ over the Feb 1-2 weekend. An application for his adoption should be submitted at socorescue.com (no need to register or login). Question pertaining to Mr. Tibbs and/or our adoption policy shold be addressed to socorescue8@gmail.com; please, no phone calls.***   Mr. Tibbs was found laying in a ditch just up the road from SoCo Rescue by a man who was passing through town. After checking with the homes in the area and not finding an owner, the man brought him to our rescue after a neighbor told him about our rescue.   Upon arrival. Mr. Tibbs was wet, scared and confused, but he surely did welcome our help and a warm, comfortable place to rest. His fur was badly matted, mainly on the underside, other than that, he seemed in pretty good condition. He immediately displayed his super-friendly personality. It's easy to tell that he was recently someone's beloved pet as he thrives with human contact. He also gets along excellent with other dogs, and would probably be fine around cats as well. He appears house trained, walks very well on a leash and loves to snuggle.   We're hopeful to have Mr. Tibbs fully vetted over the next week and will then know his heartworm status. We've just updated all of his annual vaccinations, administered de-wormers, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. He does need to be groomed and his adopter should plan on having him regularly groomed. In photo 3 & 4 Gracie is on the right. Gracie is a very loving dog. She has love for more than one person. She knows sit lay come stay and down. I have many things to give to you that goes with her. I would not be finding her a new home except for my medical conditions.
