Meet Doobie! Doobie is a distinguished gentleman looking for the perfect retirement home! He's a 10ish yr old guy who loves chilling on the sofa or out in the yard. Doobie gets along great with other dogs but he's also pretty independent so wouldn't mind being an only fur child. He wants nothing more than a calm, quiet place to enjoy his Golden Years and would be a great companion for a retired person looking for some help in the garden. Doobie is a homebody though - leash walks and car rides just aren't his cup of tea - so he will do best in a home with a fenced yard and won't at all mind chilling out at home while you run your errands Interested in adopting? Story
King has been with us since 2015. He was originally my sister’s pet. My sister passed away and King was with my mom who now has Alzheimer’s disease. King was very close to my mom and is having separation anxiety. He has been a little hard to care for since he has been away from my mom and he needs constant attention. We would like him to be with someone who has experience with dogs with special needs. King will need a loving owner who is compassionate and patient. He loves to run and play with his toys although he is an older dog, King tends to be more relaxed during the day. He’s not a big eater but he does love pup cups and riding in the car. King does have some issues with tinkling indoors due to anxiety since he has left my mom, so he would need to be walked frequently. King doesn’t mind being dressed up in cute clothes either. He is a very loyal companion once he gets to know his owner but he loves attention. My hope is that King finds a loving forever home.
