Tippi is a beautiful and sweet little lady hoping to find a new home.  Her loving Dad passed away and she needs a new lap to sit in.  Tippi is 10 years old and she is deaf, but you wouldnt know either of these things based on her behavior.  She is house trained, crate trained, and she loves to go on short walks and sit in a lap.  she is hoping to find that perfect lap to sit in very soon    ##2318502##

Meet Lainey! Lainey was surrendered to our rescue before she was about to be surrendered to a kill shelter because they were not able to keep her. She is so sweet and loves to cuddle and give kisses! She is great with other pets and all people. Some of the older dogs here aren’t always her biggest fans, since she’s a typical puppy though. lol She does need another dog friend in the home (preferably a young dog). Lainey was born towards the end of November 2024 we believe. She is updated on her 1st puppy shot and has started heartworm prevention. She will be spayed, updated on the rest of her shots, and microchipped on March 11th. Of course, like all dogs, she must be kept on heartworm prevention all of her life! The adoption fee is $350 to an approved and loving home. All vet records will be given to her adopter(s) at the time of adoption. To apply to adopt go to our website www.fureverfurkids.com *We do home checks for each pet before approving an adoption.* The application is to be completed prior to meeting the pet(s) you are interested in adopting. If they are still on the page, they are still more than likely still available. We do keep our website and Petfinder updated regularly. Several years ago a good samaritan in Nashville saved me, I was running down the road. She took me in for 3 years, but couldn't afford to take me to the vet. I developed skin and ear issues so she reached out for someone to take me, and here I am getting the health care I need and responding very well. Yes I'm mostly blind, but I'm a gentle fellow that enjoys being petted. I could spend the day sitting on a lap being company and enjoying a persons company. I'm quiet and I would be fine in a small home with a small fenced yard because I love to sit in the sun and snooze.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  Do Not Apply for a pet with PENDING in the name bar.  They have been matched with a home, but not adopted yet. Murphy was born 9/4/24. He is the sweetest boy who loves toys and playing tug of war.  He is excellent with children! He will probably weigh 12 to 15 lbs as an adult. He was surrendered from a store that closed in New York. There are no known health issues. Adoption fee is 950.00. He needs work on house training. Located in the south.  Thank you for choosing rescue! We are volunteers with other commitments in addition to rescue. Our time is very limited. Therefore, we request a  $20.00  donation through paypal in order to process and expedite your application. This shows that you are truly interested in adoption. Your application will remain on file for a year. Applications are available at www.eastcoasthumanesociety.com under forms/application. Donation should be made through Paypal at www.eastcoasthumanesociety.com. We are only available by phone after you have an approved application. All pets are located in the southeast. Transport is available to the NE for an additional $300.00 transport fee. We do not adopt in MA, RI due to import laws. Residents MUST pick up in CT. All dogs over 8 months will be spayed or neutered and heartworm tested. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated,microchipped, dewormed and treated for other parasites. Please read the FAQ on our website for additional information. Adoption fees are cash or money order only.
