Hi, I’m Bubbles… but my friends call me Peter 🫧🐾
I’m about 2 years old and a sweet little Shih Tzu–Cavalier King Charles Spaniel mix with a BIG love for people. If you’re looking for a cuddle buddy, I might just be your perfect match 💕
I’m happiest right by your side—on the couch, in your lap, or following you around the house. I love being close to my humans and soaking up all the attention I can get. I don’t quite know how to give kisses yet… instead, I gently lean in and give the cutest little nose boops and sniffs 🥹 (it’s kind of my signature move).
I’ve got a great mix of playful and chill. I love playing with my toys and having fun, but I’m just as happy relaxing and snuggling. I also do really well with other dogs and enjoy having furry friends around 🐶
I’m crate trained, potty trained, and very well-behaved in the home. I even ride nicely in the car—just sitting calmly and enjoying the trip! On walks, I can get a little excited and pull on the leash sometimes, but it’s only because I’m so happy to be out exploring. With a little guidance, I’ll keep getting better every day.
My ideal home would be:
* Someone who can give me lots of love and attention
* A home that enjoys both playtime and cuddle time
* A dog sibling (I really enjoy having a buddy!)
* A family willing to continue helping me with leash manners
I may have some allergies, so I might need a little extra care like baths or simple medications to keep me comfy—but I promise I’m worth it 💛
I’m a gentle, loving, slightly goofy little guy who just wants to be part of your life. Whether we’re going for a walk, a car ride, or just snuggling on the couch… I’ll be your happiest little shadow.

By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption. You will be contacted by an Adoption Coordinator once your application has gone through the approval process. Please ONLY APPLY IF you are ready to commit to adoption.

All Dogs / Puppies / Cats / Kittens are up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, flea/heart worm prevention, and are microchipped prior to adoption. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there may be a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home.
Adoption fee - Along with the individual animals vetting and daily care costs, the adoption fee helps Mercy Full Project cover additional vet bills, maintain their facility, and cover the cost of their operations in order to rescue more animals in need.
