Apply to Adopt Me! Note: Pretzel and Hunter must be adopted together. Meet Pretzel and Hunter, the most handsome brothers in town! They are 1-year-old possible shih tzu/maltese mixes. Hunter weighs 18 lbs. and Pretzel weighs 16 lbs. Hunter is pure white and Pretzel is creamy white. They both have golden colored eyes, and when the sun shines on them, they sparkle; these boys are so gorgeous. They have soft, fluffy, beautiful fur. They are both so sweet, affectionate, funny and fun. They’re always making their foster mom laugh! They are such good buddies - playing together all the time with their toys, tug-of-war and lots of zoomies. They like to nap together, snuggled up against each other, and they sleep quietly in bed all night. They may take a little bit to warm up to someone new, but once they do, they always want to be close to you and follow you everywhere you go. They apparently haven’t walked on a leash, so that is a work in progress but are doing very well. They’re really good on car rides too - quietly sitting next to each other. They get along with all other dogs their size. They seem to be afraid of very big dogs, especially Pretzel. With frequent potty breaks and a potty pad down, they are basically house trained with very few accidents. Hunter and Pretzel are the sweetest little guys, adorably affectionate - you can’t help but love them. They are very bonded and must be adopted together. They will need regular brushing and grooming. We are requiring a fenced yard and someone who is home more often than not. Their adoption fee is $350 each. Theory was a COVID puppy. He is loving, affectionate and fun. He will play fetch and loves to cuddle and watch tv. He is purebred and purely bred. He has a misshaped shoulder and this prevents him for being able to run. He must eat at regular times. I keep him on an auto feeder. He is prone to fungal infections of the ear and requires regular grooming. If he gets fleas he will get hives. He must be kept on fleas and heart worm meds. I have him professionally groomer every 6-8 weeks, with oatmeal baths in between. All his special items (feeder, toys, shampoo&conditioner) will go with him. He will use a reusable pee pad (idk if he would use disposable ones). Unfortunately if there are any other dogs in the home, he will mark. This is the reason I am rehoming him. I have a cat. He loves her but it’s not mutual. I have a Garfield and Oddie situation. He would be happy in a no pet home with someone that can be with him most of the time.

Apply to Adopt Me! Look at Maisie's sweet little face! Maisie, estimated to be around 3 years old and 15 lbs., loves people and is a true cuddle bug. Her fur is super soft and she is always ready for some belly and ear rubs. Once you start, she doesn’t want you to stop! She loves to hang out beside you to see what you’re going to do next, but also enjoys a good nap - with her legs cutely sticking straight out! We are not sure what breed mix she is - some people think she may have some Papillon, corgi, terrier or sheltie breed in her. She sleeps fine in the crate at night, but would much prefer to sleep in the bed with her person. She does not like to be stuck in the crate during the day, much preferring to have free reign of the house. She does need to relieve herself about every 3 hours, so someone who is home to take her out often is best. She absolutely adores walks and starts jumping at the sight of the leash. She is reactive to other dogs she sees on walks, so training sessions would be beneficial for her to overcome that. She loves people, including kids. If the home has kids though, we are requiring them to be older because she may grab a little one's fingers or she may react if startled. Maisie hasn't shown any interest in toys yet. She's a medium energy dog - gets the zoomies but knows how to chill too. She does seem to be particular about which dogs she wants to be friends with, and may just need some time to get used to her new surroundings. She did not like her foster dog brother at first meeting, and as time goes on she tolerates him, but does get a little jealous. That could also be due to the fact she is not spayed yet, but will be soon on Jan. 27. She would also be fine as the queen of her castle.
