Everyone say hi to Arfie, a 5 year old 30 lb shih tzu boy. Arfie's foster mom says he's the best dog she's ever fostered - he's that sweet and lovable! He just wants to please everyone, has excellent house manners and deserves a chance at a great life in a loving home. He gets along with EVERYONE and has yet to meet a person he doesn't wag his little tail at. Arfie is in need of a home that will take him on walks and give him the opportunity to shed some much need pounds. Arfie has a history of seizures when he was with his previous owner but since we have had him on medication (about $40/month), he has not had a single one. Hola Amigos! It's me Rosa---I am an 8 year old / 8 lb little shih tzu girl in search of my forever home. I came from a not so great place called the " shelter" where some kind folks realized I was scared to death of the noise and smells and.....oh well --you get the picture. Thankfully the girls at FCCR came to my rescue and now I am in a loving foster home until my forever home is identified. Foster mommy says I am a super sweet little girl and my "funny walk" ( due to a long ago unattended injury ) makes me all the more cuter- it certainly doesn't stop me from anything ..except maybe jumping on furniture or the front seat of her car---I need assistance with that! I get along great with other dogs and cats , but I am happiest when my human is around and I can give and receive lots of snuggles. Hi ya, FCCR friends! My name is Teddy and I am a 7 year old, 10 lb Shorkie…a Shih Tzu Yorkie mix with a whole lotta love to give! 💕 I am good with other dogs but I really love being with my humans and will follow them around and give them my best puppy eyes 🥺 until they pet me! I am a happy boy (see how I smile in my photos?!) and love to be out and about with my people. I especially enjoy running in the backyard. My foster mommy says I am a smart boy and can’t wait to train with my favorite human and learn some basic manners. I am very friendly but I haven’t met any cats or kids yet so I am not sure how I feel about them. I am good in the car and ready to be your faithful companion to run errands or travel the world! 🥰 If you would like me to join your family, please complete an application through the FCCR website, www.floridacockerrescue.org.
