Located in Pasco County - Land O Lakes, Male 6yrs old - Beautiful Tri-Color Shih Tzu - Jorge was surrendered with little information on his background, when we took him in, he was quiet and reserved for a few days and then came out of his shell and he was just the sweetest chunky Shih Tzu. He weighs about 19lbs & he has the softest coat of fur that makes you want to love on him constantly. Jorge went to a foster home for a few days and had an incident with the foster's neighbor, he bit her on the leg. I had to quarantine him per Pasco County for 10 days. The foster mom was sad to let him go but he's been back with me now for 3 weeks and he's still the same sweet Jorge that left me, I truly believe it was an isolated incident with someone who he thought was a threat or maybe someone who doesn't love animals. He has never even attempted to bite anyone in my house and we have 2 small children living in the house. He deserves a family or couple that will allow the time for him to decompress and just love him. I hold him in my arms and he literally lays his head on my shoulder. I am not sure how he would do with cats as we don't have any around him. Adoption Fee $500
