Meet Fez! Fez entered San Bernardino City Animal Control as a matted stray with a large eye ulcer. When he wasn't claimed, we scooped him up on January 15th to become a Frosted Face. Fez is estimated to be 10 years old and weighs 15 lbs. He looks and seems to feel so much better after being groomed, and we are treating his eye ulcer with drops. It's amazing to watch this smart cookie use his other senses to navigate his way around! Fez is currently on a two-week Frosted Fling, so we can learn more about him in a home while he receives lots of TLC! His Fling Mom shared this great update: "On day 4, Fez had more energy today and enjoyed interacting with everyone he met. First, we took a drive up to Frosted Faces to get his meds. Fez made a few fans as he showed off how well he walks with impaired vision! I'm obsessed with watching him explore in his own unique way. Next we went on a field trip to an Airbnb with 10 dogs, chickens, a horse, kids and kitties! Fez was a gentlemen with everyone. He waits for you to approach him, unless he bumps into you. He's starting to communicate more - small barks when he can't find me or a croak bark if he's startled. We learned that Fez is the EASIEST dog ever for med time. As long as you have pill pockets he swallows it whole. Fez is super mellow and loves naps, cuddles, belly rubs, snacks, and fresh air. If you want a low-key lap warmer - Fez is absolutely perfect!"
