Story
Meet Charlie, an adorable Shihtzu-Poodle mix who’s ready to find his forever home! He is neutered, microchipped and is up to date on all his vaccinations. His ears got examined and had a dental check which were great and is now cleared by our vet to find a home all his own❤️ This sweetheart is looking for someone who’ll appreciate his affectionate and goofy nature. Charlie loves to play fetch and will keep you entertained with his energetic personality. He’s also a great walking companion and is leash trained, always ready for an adventure!
At night, Charlie is content in his crate but would absolutely love to curl up beside you if you’d prefer. During the day, he’s equally happy lounging in his crate or napping by your side while you work or relax. He’s got a funny way of asking for attention; he’ll jump on his back legs, paws up, in the cutest “begging” pose that’ll melt your heart! I got a glimpse of him doing this in the first photo lol.
Charlie gets along wonderfully with small, playful, and calm dogs. He’s a true cuddle bug who enjoys snuggling up and will keep you company while you watch TV or work from home. And don’t be surprised if he dances for treats!😂 He’s got a way of charming you into giving him snacks you just can’t resist!

We are a home-based rescue located in Hesperia, CA. We offer out-of-state adoptions and can arrange transportation to your location, provided that the transport expenses are covered. The adoption fee for this adorable pup is $1800, which includes all veterinary costs, during his neuter it was discovered that one of his testicles hadn't dropped and needed to undergo a monorchid canine inguinal procedure to have a successful neuter therefore needed an antibiotic shot and additional anesthesia time, comprehensive care during his time with us, and ongoing training until he finds his forever home.
We are set to travel to NorCal/Oregon on Jan 31 and would love to include him on our trip! 🐾
