WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Tex - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Meet Tex (that's me!), your next furry BFF! I'm here searching for a family, a home...one I can say will be ALL mine! Since you're reading this, could that possibly mean my family could be with YOU?!! I'm around 3years old which puts me at a fabulous age...out of the puppy destructive stage but still active and playful. I am super sweet and affectionate showering you with all my love!! I am super affectionate in my foster home and love getting petted. I get so excited to see you if you happen to leave even if it's just for a moment to get the mail! I do like to play with fingers and will nibble when I get excited. I also do great with the other pups and I mostly just leave the resident kitty alone. I come in at about 12lbs which is also a pawsomely perfect size for, well yes, everything. Neighborhood strolls, mild nature trails, co-piloting errand runs, supervising yard work, you name it I'm the fella for the task at hand!! I will need regular grooming to keep me looking this spectacular! A few weekly brushings and maybe a trip to the groomer every so often is a small price for this much handsomeness in one compact package!! My coat has some curl to it and gives me a little bit more of that wilder surfer dude look so it may need to be kept on the shorter side. I will make a great companion for a family that is looking for a sweet lil boy that will be your BFF, your lil sidekick in all your life's adventures from mundane daily to weekend exciting!!! Story
I bought Sadie from Howdee Kennels in Lynden, WA. She is 1 and a half years old. She needs a patient family that can handle her excessive energy and overwhelming loving nature. She isn’t a great fit for our family due to her temperament. She is very anxious of large dogs, and overwhelms our cat (thankfully he is very calm). I would recommend a home without other pets. She is very trainable, and is crate trained, potty trained and easy to teach commands. Needs family who wants endless licks and love.
