She had been sold but returned because she was energetic and the person wanted a couch potato.   Dottie has average energy for a puppy her age. She is outgoing, loving, curious and intelligent. Dottie loves other dogs, cats, kids and life. Dottie is mostly house-trained and just needs consistency in order to be fully house-trained.
