Rescued from the cold, he was part of a small pack wandering an apartment complex, his coat so matted that he had to be completely shaved. Understandably shy at first, Jake has blossomed in his foster home, where hes learned to trust and love.Now, this affectionate pup adores snuggling on the couch and being close to his person. He does well with other dogs and would do great in a home with a calm, friendly canine companion. Jake is still working on building confidence and thrives in a quieter environment - whether with a single person, a retired couple, or a family with older kids.Hes almost fully house-trained, walks well on a leash with a little encouragement, and happily enters his crate when needed. Jake medium-energy pup who enjoys both relaxing and gentle adventures.If you're looking for a loving, cuddly companion who just needs a little patience, reassurance and confidence building, Jake is ready to melt your heart!
