Meet Snickers (café au lait female) and Ty (tan male): A Heartwarming Bonded Pair that need to be adopted together as forever BFFs (Double the Love Discount Applies to us!)
Snickers and Ty are a delightful duo who complement each other perfectly and are ready to bring double the love to their forever home!
About Snickers:
• Snickers greets you with an adorable smile, showing her teeth in the most charming way.
• Initially the braver of the two, she has let Ty take the lead in bravery, but she remains a loving shadow never far behind.
• Timid yet affectionate, Snickers loves to cuddle and warms up quickly with love and patience.
About Ty:
• Ty started off a little shy but has blossomed into the ultimate attention-seeker. Nicknamed “handhog,” he’ll happily nudge his way into belly rubs and soak up all your affection.
• A bed hog and food enthusiast, Ty keeps life entertaining with his flopping couch antics during belly rubs.
• He thrives on snuggles and is working hard on being the best indoor companion.
Why They’re Amazing Together:
• Both are crate trained and happily sleep together at night.
• They’ve done well with small dogs, a big dog, cats (with a little initial barking), and even a two-year-old child (whom they wanted to kiss in exchange for treats!).
• Ty and Snickers walk nicely on a leash together, although they’re still figuring out how not to get tangled.
Ongoing Progress:
• They’re working on relearning potty training and are already accident-free in their kennel.
• These two have adjusted wonderfully to foster life, with Ty embracing his new role as the bolder leader while Snickers stays close by.
Ty and Snickers are ready to become cherished members of a loving home. Their bond is heartwarming, and their sweet, goofy personalities will keep you smiling every day!
Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.
The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
