WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Look no further than Benji (hey, hey, that's me!) and I'm here looking to adopt me a family, a home...one I can say will be all mine! And since you're reading this, I'm hoping that you'll consider making ME a part of yours!!!! I'm around 1.5 years old and I come in at just 10lbs, which puts me at a fantastic size for lap cuddles. And I must say I really do love my cuddle time, I've become a master at all things cuddle related!!! I do great with people, love playing with other pups and even do really well with the resident kitty. I have that innocent spirit that loves living life to the fullest, that energy that loves exploring the world around me and that playful demeanor that finds joy in everything!!! I am house and crate trained. I would much rather be doing whatever you're doing but I will use the crate if needed. I have also learned the doggie door very quickly! Me thinks those things are just the cats meow...err, the doggie's woof! I've got a beautiful coat that will require regular grooming to help keep me looking this handsome! Hi! My name is Cookie and I am from Minnesota. From her foster: Cookie a yorkipoo breeder release. She has diabetes and is blind, but still manages to be sweet and silly. She loves being with her humans and snuggles. She has strong opinions about being separated and will use her voice to let you know exactly how she feels. She is also pretty quick to settle down. She does seem to go potty and poop on a schedule but is also still prone to have accidents in the house. She doesn't have accidents in her kennel, on the furniture,or while being held. She does enjoy small walks and does okay on a leash. Because Cookie is blind I do feel that she would benefit from another small to medium sized dog in the house. She would need someone willing to keep a good schedule for her Insulin and to follow through with veterinarian appointments. From the Vet: I am Cookie and I have been cleared for adoption! After TBB helping to address my medical issues I will share where I am at with all of them. My diabetes is currently managed on insulin and a special veterinary diet. My diabetes will need to be monitored with a primary vet. I was seen for a mammary mass removal surgery recently and the good news is that the biopsy showed that the tumors were benign with good margins. This means that the removal procedure is likely to be curative for these masses and we do not expect me to need any future care for this issue. It is always good to routinely monitor for any masses and have them evaluated in the future should any present.

Hello my name is Teddy, I'm from Minnesota! Teddy came into rescue when his owner sadly passed away. He wears a belly band here during the day and at night, since he stays in my bed, he doesn't have to wear one. There is a good chance that a bit of training will get him right back on track, but you need to be okay with the fact he may always need to wear a belly band. He is the bestest boy! Really he is. If adding a permanent dog to my life was an option, he would stay forever. He is the best cuddler and so gentle and mellow. He will lay in your lap as long as you will allow him to. In the bed, I think he was taught to sleep at the foot of the bed, but when I pull him up, he happily sleeps cuddled up to me. He has started to play with toys now, and loves the crinkle empty water bottles make. He can be silly too, like when he let's you know there are extra dogs in the house, but they are really flat! (TV). He walks well on a leash and gets along great with the other 2 small dogs at the foster home. He is not used to little kids and the family thought it best that he be with only older kids, if any. He would make a wonderful addition to anyone's home

Hi! My name is Parker and I am from Minnesota. Parker is such a sweet little boy. He's quiet (except when someone's at the door), housebroken, gets along well with my Corgi mix dog, seems to pay very little attention to the cat, walks well on leash and is generally very easy to have around. I have not had him around any children. He sleeps in a dog bed in my bedroom and does not seem to rouse at all during the night. He's a great, gentle little dog. He does not like being in a crate so I have let him have free rein around the house. I think Parker would be a perfect fit for a quieter household and he seems to like having another dog around.
