WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Wyatt - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Meet Wyatt (that's me!), your next furry BFF! I'm here searching for a family, a home...one I can say will be ALL mine! Since you're reading this, could that possibly mean my family could be with YOU?!! I'm around 2years old which puts me at a fabulous age...out of the puppy destructive stage but still active and playful. I am super sweet and affectionate showering you with all my love!! I am super affectionate in my foster home. I love laying my head in your hand so you can rub the side of my face and ear. I also love snuggling on the couch especially with a nice soft fluffy blanket. I have the cutest lil head tilt when you talk to me! I also do great with the other pups and I mostly just leave the resident kitty alone. I come in at about 10lbs which is also a pawsomely perfect size for, well yes, everything. Neighborhood strolls, mild nature trails, co-piloting errand runs, supervising yard work, you name it I'm the fella for the task at hand!! I will need regular grooming to keep me looking this spectacular! A few weekly brushings and maybe a trip to the groomer every so often is a small price for this much handsomeness in one compact package!! Unfortunately my previous home didn't do that and I had to be shaved the whole way as my coat was super matted. But not to worry, it does grow back... with a little curl to it!! I will make a great companion for a family that is looking for a sweet lil boy that will be your BFF, your lil sidekick in all your life's adventures from mundane daily to weekend exciting!!! Hi! I’m Sheila, I'm 8 years old and done being a mama! I’m enjoying my new life in Minnesota learning to play and looking forward to retiring on a couch, eating treats, playing with my toys, and snuggling up with my people. I’ve been spending my days dancing around my foster home trying out ALL the toys and ALL the beds, sniffing ALL the smells in the backyard, and taking naps both inside and out. Things I’ve learned I love are attention, treats, attention, toys (especially squeaky ones), attention, breakfast and dinner, attention, and sitting in laps. And did I mention attention? Things I’m figuring out is pottying outside (I know to go outside, but usually go inside once a day just because i want to!), which things/plants are ok to chew (hint- phone charger cords are NOT ok), and sometimes other dogs (I want ALL your attention!) I play tug and chase with the right companion but they need to be ok with me being the boss. Things I’m not a fan of are storms and loud noises, strangers, and the super cold weather. I don’t know or care what cats are- boring! I’m poodly smart with a big personality and would love to learn more games and might benefit from working with a trainer to help me learn to share if I end up living with other dogs. I can get a little jealous and bossy!  I will let you know if it sounds like anyone is coming home so living in a place with shared walls won't work for me as all those noises make me anxious and our neighbors won't like me letting them all know!  I will also answer if I hear other dogs calling me, ignoring them would be rude! I don't really like the leash but love to go outside in my fenced in yard to go potty, so I will definitely need a fence!  Zoomies in the yard or chasing my people are enough exercise for me. What I want most in life is to snuggle my BFF and eat treats. Can you be that BFF? Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dental, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue.
