Story
Meet Coda, a playful and adventurous 6-year-old Shiba Inu/German Shepherd mix! Coda is about 34 lbs of pure energy, with the independent nature of a Shiba and the loyalty of a Shepherd. She’s healthy, up to date on all her shots and vaccines, and ready for her next adventure. Coda’s big brown eyes light up whenever she sees a kayak—she’s a natural water dog who loves swimming and spending time at the lake with her humans. She’s always ready for outdoor fun and snuggles when it’s time to wind down.
Coda is a high-energy dog who thrives on playtime and outdoor activities. She loves running around the yard, chasing toys, and splashing in the water. While she’s great with kids and adores people, Coda prefers to be the center of attention and doesn’t like sharing her space, food, or humans with other dogs. Because of this, she would do best in a home where she can be the only pet and have all the love to herself.
Coda is well-behaved on a leash and is house-trained, making her a great companion for both active adventures and quiet evenings on the couch. She’s a fantastic cuddle buddy and enjoys snuggling up after a fun-filled day. We’re rehoming Coda because she hasn’t been getting along with our older dogs, and we want her to have the loving, one-pet home she deserves.
