You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sweet as her name, Strawberry is ready for her new home!  Strawberry is a 2 year old Shiba Inu that was recently released from a breeder.     Strawberry is a beautiful girl! She is smart and is already adjusting well to her foster home. She loves being outside and is eager to explore the yard or relax in the fall sunshine. Strawberry gets along well with other dogs and would thrive in a home with another dog for companionship and learning.   She is making good progress with her housetraining and has had only a few accidents. Although she is not yet leash trained, she is working on it. At this stage, she will need a fully fenced yard. Strawberry is very intelligent and is curious about what lies beyond the gate and door.    She is food motivated and particularly enjoys her treats, especially cheese. Once she gets to know her people, she becomes affectionate and eager to please! Strawberry is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $500Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 6, 2024, 3:47 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Beautiful Burgandy is available for adoption!  She is a 3 year old Shiba Inu and weighs 23 pounds.  Burgandy was released from a breeder so learning about life as a pet is all new to her.   Burgandy is an smart and curious dog who loves to explore new things! Just a heads-up: she’s a bit of an escape artist, so if there's a way out, she'll find it! That means she needs a fully fenced yard—no invisible fences, though, as we want to keep her safe and secure.   While Burgandy is warming up to new people and situations, having another friendly dog around would really help her feel more comfortable. She’s definitely motivated by treats, which helps with her training! She's doing a great job with her housetraining, but keep in mind she'll need some time to adjust to her new home and routine.   Burgandy likes toys and chew items and can spend hours happily gnawing away. We believe she hasn’t had many of these before, so it's a whole new world for her! She’s crate trained and has started to learn leash walking, although she could use a little more practice in that area.   To keep her feeling at ease, Burgandy would thrive best in a home without small kids. Too much excitement might make her a bit nervous. A family with dog experience, especially those familiar with Shiba Inus, would be perfect for her. We can’t wait to see how she flourishes in the right home!  Burgandy is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $500Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 19, 2024, 11:44 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Our boy Arrow is available for adoption! He is a 6 month old Shiba Inu/Boston Terrier/Pug mix and weighs 25 pounds. He is a nice medium size dog.  Arrow is a breeder release so that may explain his unusual breed mix - they are always looking for the new "designer" breed or it was a total accident! Arrow has really blossomed in his foster home, and we can't wait to see him thrive in his forever home! He’s picking up on the basics quickly, like navigating stairs and enjoying regular outdoor adventures. He’s doing fantastic with his housetraining too—just a couple of little accidents so far. With a fully fenced yard at his foster home, he absolutely loves to run around and play!   Arrow is great with other dogs and is perfectly fine with the cats in his foster home, too. He’s also getting the hang of walking on a leash like a champ! While he’s crate-trained, he might give a little whine when he's ready to come out—just his way of asking for some love.   This playful pup is a fan of toys and chewies, and true to his Shiba Inu nature, he’s curious about everything around him but listens well. He might be a bit shy at first, but once he settles in and gets to know you, he turns into a friendly and loving companion. Arrow is ready to bring joy and fun into your life! Arrow is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped and flea/worm treated.  His adoption fee is $450Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 19, 2024, 1:56 pm
