At just 18 pounds and one year old, Samson is a perfect size for any family looking for a loving companion. He’s a social butterfly who thrives on attention and absolutely loves to be held—he’ll do just about anything for a little extra love and affection. He likes chew toys, is very smart, and enjoys learning new tricks. Samson is great with other dogs and gets along wonderfully with his foster siblings. His excitement is contagious, especially when he does his adorable little “tippy tappies”—it’s impossible not to smile when you see it! He’s been around large dogs, and is currently fostered with dogs who are more his size. He does well with them and likes to play on occasion. He isn’t overly loud and ignores other dogs when he’s on the leash. He’s more interested in sniffing and sight seeing on his walks! This charming guy is well-behaved, too. He hasn’t been around many cats that we know of, but we think he would likely be fine with a proper introduction. Samson does well with kids and likes anyone who gives him attention. He’s quiet in his crate and is mostly house-trained. He is crated for about 5-6 hours during the workday and sleeps well in his crate overnight. He’s also good on a leash and loves his daily walks. With his soft, luxurious fur and bright personality, Samson is the perfect addition to any home. Whether you’re looking for a playful buddy or a snuggle partner, this lovable guy will be the perfect fit! Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted.
