Story
Meet Caleb – A Loyal and Intelligent Companion * Gender: Male * Age: 2 years * Weight: 18 kg * Breed: Shiba mix Caleb’s story is one of resilience. He was abandoned in a park and brought to a shelter where he was placed on the euthanasia list before being rescued. Understandably, he feels a bit nervous in unfamiliar environments, likely due to the trauma of being confined at the shelter. When Caleb first arrived at a training facility, he showed signs of caution and guardedness. However, within just a couple of hours, he began to approach willingly and happily accepted treats, eventually allowing himself to be petted. Over time, his affectionate and playful personality emerged. Caleb knows basic commands like "sit" and "paw" and responds well to people, showing a lively and eager-to-please demeanor once he feels comfortable. Caleb gets along well with dogs of a similar size and enjoys playing with them. While occasional rough play can lead to minor disagreements, he responds immediately to verbal correction and stops the behavior. He also shows interest in smaller dogs and, with proper introductions, can coexist peacefully without any aggression. Caleb is a social dog who likes meeting new friends, greeting them with curiosity and sniffing before moving on. Highly intelligent and eager to learn, Caleb would thrive with an adopter who can provide proper training and guidance. He has the potential to become a well-mannered companion with consistent discipline and structure. He’s resource-friendly, sharing treats without guarding them, and gets along well with both humans and other dogs. On walks, Caleb follows his handler nicely without pulling, making him a joy to take out. While he shows no signs of aggression, he may do best as an only dog or in a household with another dog of a similar size for companionship. Caleb is ready to find his forever home where he can continue to flourish with love, patience, and structure. Could you be the one to give him the life he deserves? 🐾💕

Story
Dango is waiting for her forever home! A delightful 4-month-old, Jindo/Shiba Inu mix, Dango is a social butterfly who adores people and other dogs alike! She’s quick to approach strangers, happily rubbing against them and welcoming pets, even going so far as to roll over and show her belly. With dogs, she’s equally friendly, greeting both familiar and new canine friends with enthusiasm, especially those around her size or smaller. During walks, she’s curious about cats but is easily redirected. She has a moderate energy level, enjoying outdoor activities but settling down calmly afterward. Her leash manners are impressive, though loud noises can occasionally startle her. She loves sniffing around, which means she tends to stop and start while exploring her surroundings. She’s a quiet pup, rarely barking, and behaves well in a kennel or car—she even knows how to hop in and out of the car by herself! Dango is well-versed in both indoor pad training and outdoor potty routines. While she loves food, she does eat quickly and has a habit of trying to snatch leftovers from her furry friends. She’s a big fan of toy balls, enjoys her baths, and thrives in the company of other dogs at her current multi-dog foster home and at dog-friendly parks. Dango’s journey began in July 2024 in a valley in small town, where she and her mother, a white Jindo, were found tied up alongside her five siblings. The mother was surviving on dirty water and food scraps, while the puppies struggled under the blazing sun, dehydrated and barely clinging to life. Their owner saw them as a nuisance and planned to give them away to dog meat trader. Thankfully, they were rescued just in time. Dango is now thriving and ready to find her forever home where her sweet, affectionate nature and playful personality can shine! Story
✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to Vancouver & Toronto💟 Meet Dana🖤 She was brought to Korean city shelter pregnant and gave birth to 8 puppies. They were rescued all together. While all of well-raised puppies found their forever families and left the Adogs Center, only Dana stayed to wait for her family. * With People: Tends to be shy at first, but opens up quickly if people approach her slowly. Once she feels comfortable, she becomes affectionate and enjoys asking people to pet her. Due to some past trauma, she is a bit afraid of adult men. * With Dogs: Gets along well with her dog friends without any issues, but she may growl with jealousy if another dog intervenes. She is currently undergoing training to manage her anger when a dog friend doesn’t respond to her invitation to play. * Potty Training: Has only outdoor potty breaks at the center. * Growls from time to time when she feels jealous of another dog friend or if the dog ignores her signal to play, so caution is necessary. * Is afraid to be trapped alone in the room, so she needs separation anxiety training from the start.

Story
✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to Vancouver & Toronto💟 Meet Joy🩷 Joy is the sweetest pup! She is gentle and adorable and steals everyone’s heart. * Toward People: Loves everyone regardless of age or gender! Is a charming sweetheart who wags her tail to greet even strangers. Keeps porking her head in to be petted because she loves to be caressed. Is so gentle that she gets startled and immediately takes a hand out that accidentally ends up in her mouth when she is playing. * Toward Dogs: Gets along well with her best friend Mansoo #AdogsMansoo, with whom she shares kennel. Greets other dogs nicely whom she encounters while out for walks. However, because she tends to play a bit rough, it is important to keep an eye on her when she meets other dogs in an off-leash area. * Separation Anxiety: Is unknown since she is staying in group at the Adogs Center. * Potty Training: Uses outdoor potty in the Cener. *Hygiene: Behaves well during baths. * Walks: Is adept at walking side by side with a walker, without pulling on the leash. 💗 * Car sickness: None. 💌Special Note💌 * Mastered commands like "sit" and "shake hands"!

Story
✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to Vancouver & Toronto💟 Meet a lovely girl, KkotBun!💙 💛Health Status💛 She is missing one lower tooth and appears to have a fractured right bottom canine, but it has no bearing on her ability to eat or day-to-day activities! * Towards People: She needs some time to warm up to people. Sudden or strong movements scare her, so that she needs time to adjust and let people be at her side quietly. She's started taking treats from hands lately and opening up bit by bit. She takes treats very cautiously because she does not want to nibble on them. * Towards Dogs: She got along well with other dogs at the Adogs center. She preferred to spend time by herself in a shaded spot and take in some fresh air instead of approaching other dogs to play first. She hasn't met any in her foster home. * Separation Anxiety: She's fine being alone even when her foster family is out! * House training: She only does indoor potty as she can't go for walks yet. She's 100% with the pads, and sometimes she tries to conceal her pee or poop with her nose. * Hygiene: She waits patiently during bathing but gets a bit scared of the hairdryer noise. * Walking: She hasn't gone on walks due to the risk of getting lost. * Car Sickness: She gets a little car sick. 💌Special Notes💌 * She's quiet, calm, and independent. She becomes active when her family is out. * She's afraid of household noises like plastic bag crinkling or object falling. A calm and quiet environment would be ideal to her. * She does not mind being petted or having her paws touched but is afraid of being picked up, which may lead to nipping someone. * She eats a bit slowly due to her picky taste.
