Story
Blue is an amazing puppy. He is 7 months old on 12/23/25. He has been socialized with other dogs since the age of nine weeks. He has gone to a large doggy daycare at least twice a week since he was nine weeks old. He has also gone through two entire classes at a dog training program. He walks well on a leash and has had daily walks since 9 weeks old. He has consistently been walked on our left side so that is what he’s used to. He does really well with adults. He is kennel trained and has slept in a kennel since he was 8 weeks old. The problem is that he does not like little kids and I have young grandchildren that are over 10 days a month. He has growled at them numerous times and has also jumped on them and knocked them down. He needs to be in a home with no small children.

Hi, I'm Shadow! I'll be honest, I haven't had the easiest journey. I've been returned twice, and not because I did anything wrong. I just haven't found my real forever yet. Even so, I haven't let that dim my spirit. I'm still hopeful, still loving, and still ready to give my whole heart to the right family. I'm a really good boy - sweet, snuggly, happy, and full of fun energy. I love being around kids and do great with other dogs, too. I'm always excited to be part of whatever's going on, whether that's playtime, adventures, or curling up close for cuddles. I'm still learning how to be the best boy I can be, but I'm smart, eager to learn, and incredibly loyal. I truly want to please my people and be their constant companion. All I'm asking for is a family who will give me the chance to finally settle in and stay. If you're looking for a devoted, loving dog who will stand by your side through everything, I promise - I'll be your Shadow, always right there with you!
