Story
Heidi is a full blooded Pitbull female (red-nose). She is fixed and she has been with our family since she was a puppy, she is now 6 years old. She is fully housetrained, and also crate trained, but also likes to be outside. She usually sleeps indoors at night. She also likes the snow and walks good on a leash. Unfortunately all of our children have grown up now and she is not happy when they bring new pets with them to visit. I need to find her a loving family. She is very well trained and listens well. She would be great for an older person and is good with grandmas. I can also provide her dog bed and food and transport to adopters. She has had all of her shots in the past but she is due to update her rabies soon. Heidi eats once a day and she loves to be loved on and sleeps most of the time.

Story
I've only had April for 3 weeks. She is 18 months. She is crate trained, house trained, she loves her walks outside, she loves stuffed toys. She does well with her harness. She does not get along with other dogs or cats. She has trust issues. I can't keep her I live in Apartments and received neighbor complaints because she growls at other dogs and people. She is gentle when she gets to know you. When I got her she was malnourished. She eats Purina dog food. But she prefers wet food. She hardly barks inside my home. She gives you her paw to shake. I wish I can keep her but I can't keep her due to my landlord. I don't know what happened to her with her previous owner but they won't take her back and I got her shots. She was already spaded when I got her. She just needs someone who is experienced with maybe getting her seen for behavior training to be around dogs. Other than that she is real protective.
