Please be patient, we answer you back as quickly as possible. ***Please check your Junk/Spam folder for reply e-mails from us, if its been more than 72 hours*** I am rapidly approaching my 1 year anniversary (less than 30 days away) at the shelter!! Hello, I'm Gemma! I'm young and full of life, between 18mths to 2yrs, spayed female. I can figure out puzzles and games in no time. I can be a bit goofy, but that's part of my charm. I take a bit to warm up, but have come so far over the last year. I am most comfortable with woman, it may take a few times for me to be comfortable with you, but once I am you will see why the shelter team loves me so much. I am the goofiest of goofy dogs, I am incredibly smart, I love to run our field and love toys, I am also protective, of my beloved humans, I listen well, and my recall is nearly 99%, I don't require a dog buddy, because you are my buddy. I would prefer a home with a large yard or acreage so I have something to do. The shelter team has spent months helping me past my trauma and they just want you to see what they see, can you be that person, can you give me love and patience? My adoption fee is $200. Includes Spay, Microchip, Vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment and a 1lb bag of food. 1. What type of residence do you live in?? Home, condo, duplex? 2. Do you have a private fenced yard-not shared with another residence? 3. Do you have the time and patience to let her get comfortable in your home, learn your routine, take her for walks, play fetch? 4. How many hours will she be alone a day? 5. Have you ever owner a dog before, if so please tell us about them. 6. How many people and age groups in the home? 7. How many animals and types?

Please be patient, we try and get back to you as quickly as possible, answering the questions below, help us greatly. ***Please check your Junk/Spam folder for reply e-mails from us, if its been more than 72 hours*** Hi I am Max, I am 3yrs old, neutered male, German Shepard/Husky Mix. I was found as a stray in Yamhill County. My microchip told the shelter staff all about me, originally from Eastern Oregon, I was re-homed here in Yamhill County. My owner had some life events and couldn't come for me. Max is a very sweet dog, he loves to play and run around our field, he would love to be the only animal in the house so he can get all the love. I love to go for walks and am a very good walking buddy, I know lots of commands and my recall is almost perfect. I do need a home with a large fenced yard or acreage, as that is what I am used too. Apartment or no yard life is not for me. My adoption fee is $225, includes vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment and 1pound bag of food. 1. Do you have a privately fenced yard? 2. How many humans and ages live in your home? 3. How many animals and types? 4. Do you have time for daily walks? 5. Have you ever owned a large bred dog? I am 97 pounds! 6. What would a typical Max day be like?

Story
Our short stack muscle man. This boy is a guys guy, the way he lights up when he see’s a dude he can hang with is truly special. He loves to give loves but will need a no cat or small dog home. He does great with dogs that are his size. He’s a relatively easy going dude and would thrive in a home that he wasn’t alone more often than not. Bandido slept well in the kennel through the night with no accidents or crying but would much prefer to be someone’s house hippo. He is very strong so finding a bully savvy dog owner that is ready to teach this young dude the ropes on manners and leash skills will be great. Bandido is not a jumper and is potty trained. He is happy to see kids and pretty much any human. Bandido takes great pride in his orange tiger toy and has had it since the day he was busted out of the shelter. He is also very respectful of bedding in his kenneling space. He eats 2 cups of Kibble 2x a day and won’t turn down a treats here and there. He has a clean bill of health and is neutered and vaccinated.
