Story
Meet Toby; the energetic loving puppy needing a forever home! Toby came to us today after his owner said if he hadn’t found a place for him by evening he was going to shoot the dog. We couldn’t let that happy to such a happy young boy. He previously was living with an unhoused gentleman so there is doubt about any veterinarian care previously, he is intact. He has been with our two dogs and done amazing, he loves to play with our large and smaller dog but will also entertain himself with a toy. He is interested in our two young children but is gentle around them; we still keep him separated most times unless he’s on a leash near them. He knows come and sit very well and loves to snuggle in your lap; he is still a puppy though so some nibbling that we try to correct. He has had a few accidents in the house but will also go to the door if he needs to go out. He would be best for an experienced adopter who has time and energy to fine tune this lovable boy unfortunately we don’t.

Story
We were given diamond. Was scared of men, nerf guns and rough housing. She is not longer scared of those things but does have seperation aniexty. She has to be around her family or in a kennel if family is away. She doesnt like people she does not know, especially men. If we have guest she has to be placed in her kennel. That is why we want to rehome her. We have 4 kids that like inviting friends over. We have to not allow it or keep her in a kennel while they are over. We think she needs a home that can give her attention and train her to understand that not every human is not nice. We hate to kennel her but guest are scared of her. We do not know how to train her. During the summer months we have kids in and out with our pool. We dont want to isolate our kids but also dont want to isolate her. Shes never hurt anyone but does nasty growl and hair sticks up if its not her family. SHe does well with the groomer and vet but they arent in her home. She doesn't like stranger dogs in her home
