Story
This handsome boy is Green Bean - a medium-sized 3-year-old Pit-mix with a short black and white coat who loves EVERYONE! He has a great personality and is a whole lot of fun.   You can see his enthusiasm and love of life in his expressive face!  Green Bean is also a little bit of a ham when there is a camera nearby.  He is a natural and just seems to strike a pose – often with a big smile as well.  Green Bean has a lot of energy and loves to run and play in the park.  He would do best in a home where he could get plenty of exercise and have space to run around.  He also needs a family that would be willing to train him and help him be the best dog that he can be!   The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Story
Junior is a 2 year old Pit/Hound mix. This sweet and energetic boy is all play, all the time! Junior is a goofy boy who hasn't had the best start to life. He came to us, skin and bones, with a deeply embedded collar. It's been a few months of giving Junior love and medical care, but he is finally ready for adoption! Junior currently still has a ring around his neck showing the scars from his past, but in time those will heal too. Junior is a very active boy and needs to find an active family. He has lots of youthful energy and needs to be able to have a yard to play in or regular visits to the park. We do not know how Junior does with other dogs, but we do not suggest him with small children. He can be a bit mouthy and also might knock them over without realizing it. Junior deserves a second chance at life, a chance where he can finally have the life he deserves!
