Story
Moose is a 2yo GS and is best as a protective guard dog. Moose is better with adults and would need room to run. Still a young dog but well trained and trained to guard. Will not give him to anyone as an outside dog. I have an infant and feel he will be better off with a family that can care for him.

Story
Meatball is a fun young pitty boy who loves the attention and of course loves to play. He is a wiggly boy!! He is only 2 1/2 years old 49LBS and get along with everyone including other dogs. Just happy, happy!! He has been living with many other dogs and has been doing great. This is a note from his foster Mom: He came to us from a multi dog house and fit in immediately. Dominant dogs are not an issue with him, he ignores them but quickly conforms to the scenario. Chasing lizards is his favorite thing to do. So a fenced in yard would be great. Walking on a leash is not a problem; however, he does like to pull occasionally, so a strong parent is best. Occasionally he gets excited and likes to jump on his human friends. We are working on that and making great progress. Treats and food definitely motivate him to behave. He is definitely curious of cats and wants to sniff them. As long as they don't run, he won't chase. So we've introduced him to cats while he is in the crate and he is starting to ignore them. He is the biggest lover and just wants belly rubs from his humans. His bark is basically a grumble and non existent. This "Meatball" will make the best and most loyal companion. if you are interested in a really nice doggy, he is your guy. Please fill out the application online at pets@findahomegiveahome.com under the forms tab. He is up to date and neutered. Crate trained!!! His adoption fee is $100

Story
I have been lucky enough to be Baldo’s foster parent. This beautiful 2.5-year-old German Shephard mix was rescued from a shelter just before he was to be euthanized. I am so glad that did not happen because this dog is amazing. He has made an impression on everyone that has met him. He has shown resilience and strength and is looking forward to his forever family. Baldo is very low key for a dog that is 2 and a half. He loves to lay at your feet and spreads out on his side and snoozes for several hours a day. He walks very well on a lead and loves to go for walks which consist of meandering along and smelling the world. At our house we have 2 female dogs, and he loves to play with them. He will even lay down to be submissive in his play at times. He likes to be in the same room you are in but does not have separation anxiety or any other anxiety for that matter. Baldo is house trained, and crate trained. He does not jump or counter surf and does not beg for human food. He does like to eat but he likes his treats even more. Baldo does not mind riding in the car but is anxious to get out of the car to see where he is and what is going to happen next. Adjectives I would use to describe Baldo best is handsome, resilient, loving, and loyal. I have learned a lot from him, especially about loving unconditionally. His adoption fee is $200
